French description:

Very calm, cool, ideally located at the foot of the Endoume church in the heart of the district of Endoume, near the sea, Malmousque, the cornice and Catalan. Great views. You can contemplate the sea, the islands of Friuli and the Chateau d'If.

This is a typical Marseille apartment crossing east-west, very high ceiling, tiled floor. It is bright and fresh as the air circulates well. This is very significant in the summer when the heat is in full swing. The nights are pleasant.

There is a large Italian shower and also a toilet bidet spray that makes office. Water is heated by a gas new boiler. The large living room gives west, sea view. Kitchen with balcony and bedroom are east side.

The area is very nice and it is nice to walk around. I recommend picnics on the rocks of Malmousque the evening at sunset.

For parking is easy during the day, evenings there is always room but a little further.

The advantage of this area is that it is next to everything. Close to the town center without the inconveniences, and very close to the sea.

This apartment is my primary residence. It is perfectly equipped. there is everything you need to cook, read comics and novels, listening to music, board games, cot for children, bed linen and towels provided. By cons there is no TV!

I appreciate that the reservation requests are accompanied by a message. If you talk about yourself succinctly, you will have much more chance I will respond favorably to your request.

2 rooms of 42 square meters, very quiet, in a ring the size of a small street. It is Ideally situated at the foot of the church of Endoume, right in the heart of the Sámi name, near the sea, Malmousque, the cornice and the Catalans.

The view from the large living room is superb. You can contemplate the sea, the islands of Friuli and the Chateau d'If.

This is a typical apartment Marseille: East-West crossing, very high ceiling with beautiful tiled floor. It is bright and fresh as the air circulates well. This is very significant in the summer When the heat is in full swing.

The spacious lounge Gives the west side and the sea view room with balcony and kitchen are on the east side. The morning light is very pleasant on this side, the breakfast on the balcony will delight you.

There is a wide walk-in shower and a shower toilet aussi, qui acts as a bidet. The water is heated by a boiler, new gas.

The area is very pretty. It is pleasant to walk through the maze of picturesque alleys strewn with beautiful houses.

We recommend the picnics on the rocks of Malmousque the evening at sunset.

There are different shops in two steps from the apartment (bakery, grocery, coffee, tobacco, newspapers etc.) ..

For parking is easy During the day, at night there is always room a little further Top. Anyway, we'll show you the places in question. The advantage of this area is That It is next to it. Close to downtown without the inconvenience, and very close to the sea "

For transit, there is a bus stop No. 80 Within 100 meters and a bus stop No. 83 Within 300 meters.

You can use Vélib, there are limits all over the city Including one not far from the apartment, on the ledge.

This is a very quiet building, so no party or event in the apartment. Do not make noise after 22h, even on the balcony.

How do damage deposits work?
