02/09/19: SUMMER 2019: There are two discounted weeks available: June 22 ($ 2175.00) and August 24 ($ 2375.00). All other weeks are priced at the in-season rate of $ 2890.00/week

This unique property is completely remodeled and is located on a double oceanfront lot that affords privacy in your very own sand dune! The property sits front and center on the Atlantic Ocean. Many vacation properties can boast that fact, but only a handful of them are available on gorgeous Rexhame Beach, Marshfield,. The lot is elevated some 5' above beach level to afford one-of-a-kind views up and down the coastline, and to assure your privacy while you enjoy the east patio and sand-duned front yard!. Surfing, boogie boarding, and surfcasting for Blues and Stripers are just a start of the activities you can do directly in front of this surf-side bungalow. Stroll the beach north to Humarock Beach, Scituate all the way to the mouth of the North and South Rivers 3.25 miles away, or walk south past Old Rexhame, Fieldston Beach, Ocean Bluff right on down into Brant Rock, a brisk 2.50 mile effort! Bring your boat and launch from the State Pier in Green Harbor only 10 minutes away. This location also makes a handy command center for day trips to Cape Cod and the Islands, or head north into Boston and beyond. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
