The benefits provided by the use of our houses are peace, quiet, beautiful garden full of flowers, fresh air and complete privacy. The house is located right next to the forest base which provides a wide range of marked bike trails, forest roads and peaks with a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay and the hinterland. With the holiday house guests are offered free of charge, the use of prefabricated swimming pools sezoskog width of 4.60 m and a depth of 1.00 m with a shower with hot water and garden houses of 30 m2 with open fireplace ready for firing and a large table for 6 people.

A holiday house of 40 m2 includes a large living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom with toilet, hall, two bedrooms and an outdoor terrace, which offers the possibility of sunbathing and eating meals outside the home, free WiFi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and climate. The kitchen includes a stove and oven for cooking, fridge and dishwasher. Bedrooms are equipped with: one double bed and the other room two bunk beds 90 x 190 (for adults). For an extra bed in the living room also can accommodate two adults.

We also offer free parking the car in the garage of the house.

Guests we offer bikes for rent. Price is 25 EUR per day.

We will welcome you upon arrival and show you around the property. Feel free to ask about nearby restaurants, beaches, things to see etc., we will be happy to help.

The host lives in the neighboring house. It has a private backyard and a pool which are not shared with the host.

Holiday house is located in Jurdani in a small and quiet village Principi 4 km from the sea, 6 km from Opatija and 3 km from the old town of Kastva in which there is a great variety of food services (restaurants, pizzerias, pubs).

“Fantastic house for relaxing and exploring Croatia”

We Stayed here for a 2 week vacation. We are a family with 2 adults and 3 children. We were warmly greeted by the Demark family on arrival and shown around the property The house is spotlessly clean and everything is working perfectly You can see that there is great pride and attention to detail in every part of the property. You have the main living area with a double room, a bunk room with 2 bunks and a convertible bed in the open area. This section has air conditioning, bathroom and shower, cooker, fridge and dishwasher. Outside the main building there is a covered patio with a dining table which we used every day. Next you have a private swimming pool ( approx 5 meters by 3 and 1.5 m deep) with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Really nice to cool down in and relax after a day exploring! On a lower level there is an enclosed BBQ area with dining table. Also you have a beautiful landscaped garden. You also have a private covered parking area. The house is fully equipped for self catering. There was even basic supplies such as milk, bread etc. supplied. Also we were given delicious soup on our arrival. During the stay the Demark family left us cakes and fresh vegetables from the garden. The owners live beside the property. They are never intrusive but always available if you need anything. They are very friendly and open and advised us on visiting sites etc. We used the house as a base for exploring Istria, Slovenia and the north west of Croatia. It is very close to the main roads. You have beautiful views of the mountains. Overall I can say that this is the best holiday rental we have had. I cannot fault anything. I highly recommend the property and must say thank you to the Demark family. We really enjoyed our time there and were very sorry to leave.
