Description

VILLA CASCADA is ideal for couples looking for a romantic retreat with its stunning views across the mountains from its patio and garden. It enjoys a large, private pool and there are a number of beautiful nearby beaches. The terrace is south facing and enjoys sunshine throughout the day but the bungalow also enjoys views of the sunrise and sunset which are both breathtaking to see. A fixed bamboo shelter provides shade for that long, lazy lunch cooked on the brick built BBQ. The beautiful LARGE PRIVATE FREE-FORM POOL, 7m x 6m at its widest point provides a cool and refreshing experience during the hot summer months. The interior of the bungalow more than equals the luxury of the exterior. The lounge is stylishly furnished with cable TV (so you won't miss any of your favourite programmes!), DVD player and radio. WiFi is available at a small extra charge (please make enquiries with booking requests). The dining area enjoys a table and chairs for indoor eating and the kitchen is fully-fitted, with oven, hob and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bungalow has air-conditioning and ceiling fans and has heating for those out-of-season cooler evenings. Please kindly note that furnishings and fittings may differ slightly from the photographs.

“Relaxing restful holiday”

Good location lovely pool great views very private great beaches about 10 minutes from shops and restaurants (campasol)

“Really relaxing, good location, perfect for a couple”

We have visited this area for many years and we find staying at Country Club a really relaxing holiday with good local beaches and conveniently placed to visit Murcia and our favourite Cartagena. The villa has everything you could need, including a washing machine which we found very useful as we didn’t need to pack too much in our suitcases. We loved watching the sunset over the mountains with a glass of wine! We would definitely recommend this villa it is a much quieter and more scenic place to stay than the alternative ‘urbanization’ up the road ;-)

It was a lovely villa in a really nice location. The villa was clean and tidy, everything you needed for your break was there and there was plenty of outdoor space (which is where you spend most of your time) along with a good size swimming pool, BBQ and beautiful views. Will book again soon hopefully.

My husband my daughter and i stayed for a week at Cascada villa and found it to be very relaxing. The pool and surrounding sunbathing area is superb, not overlooked by anyone and giving fantastic views of the Mountains of the surrounding areas. The villa was immaculate in every way from the facilities to the cleanliness.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol and Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Carol and Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
