If you like to enjoy absolute privacy embraced of our own wine yards with a own huge Mediterranean swimming pool, love to eat typical piedmont food in many restaurants and taverns nearby, drinking best wines world wide, you like even sport activities, such as golf, biking, hiking, Spa-wellness, horse riding, tennis, and if you like to go out in the evening for shopping and have a glass of wine in a historical small Italian village - then come and book your holidays at CASA SOPHIA!

GROUND FLOOR

The guesthouse has under floor heating and air conditioning throughout the building. The ground floor has traditional piemontese vaulted ceilings and stone floors. A huge open space is currently divided into a lounge and dining area. There is a sensational bar with Inbuilt fridges, storage, sink, dishwasher, ice machine and top of the range coffee machine.

It also has a vast professional catering kitchen.

Additional features Include a kitchenette, 3 downstairs toilets with disabled facilities, a shower room/changing room and storage, and a lift. A drop down cinema screen with surround sound and satellite television receiving both UK and German channels. There is also a fantastic sound system with in built speakers throughout the ground floor.


TOP FLOOR

The top floor consists of 4 exquisite double suites. All four rooms are individually designed. Three of the rooms have their own seating area.

All the bathrooms have marble double sinks and whirlpool baths with overhead showers. A feature of the master suite is a vastly oversized whirlpool. One of the rooms has disabled facilities. Two of the suites have spectacular views of the pool whilst the other two have their own balconies. Overview - An outstanding and well appointed building. The attention to detail is second to none.

SWIMMING POOL AND EXTERIOR FACILITIES

The swimming pool can only be described as 'out of this world'. It is enormous with a diving board and its
own palm tree Island connected by a quaint bridge, pure fantasy!

There is a covered pool lounge with a seating area offering a shady retreat from the midday sun. It also has tables and chairs, it really is extremely spacious.


The fabulously manicured gardens around the pool offer cascading roses and the relaxing aroma of lavender.

A wooden decking area surrounds the pool, with an extensive patio area that can accommodate an abundance of sun loungers, tables, chairs and
outdoor games.

Other features Include an outdoor bar and open air shower
overview - The pool is surrounded by spectacular scenery. Incredible woodland and rolling halls, absolute heaven for nature lovers, totally breathtaking.

How do damage deposits work?
