Description

My house holds one of the best locations in the harbor and accommodates maximum 3 adults or a families with younger children.

If interested in cooking you will find a well equipped kitchen along with a large outdoor gas barbecue grill. In front of the house there is a furnished deck with a nice view of the marina and on the back there is a smaller deck that offers morning sun and a beautiful view of the archipelago. For offseason guests there is no reason for freezing - the house is winterized with underfloor heating which allows you to stay there during fall and winter to enjoy salmon fishing.

The house is very popular since it is the only rental object in the marina with WC installed + WiFi. 1 GB of internet usage is included in the rental period.

Showers and additional toilets are located in the service building just 30 m from the cottage. The building is very fresh and contains sections for men and women. Both sections are divided into small bathrooms where you will be able to lock the door to get privacy.

Linens should be brought by the guests - However, if you are traveling by air plane with small luggage I will try arrange someone to get you linens for an additional cost. Please ask me when checking availability!

The marina is well appreciated for its peacefulness which allows good time for reading a book or just relax on the decks. For the small children there is a popular playground and for the older there is possible to fish from all piers and jetties (no license needed). 20 meters behind the cottage there is a platform suitable for swimming. In nearby “Vita sannar" you will find a nice beach as well as a heated pool. You will also be able to rent bikes, canoes and tennis courts. Boat trips can be booked in neighboring locations as “Köpmannebro" or “Håverud". If interested in playing golf you will find the golf court just 1 km from the marina.

Saturdays. All other periods is a minimum of 2-3 nights stay.

- Maximum 3 adults at one stay (if you are two families - get back to me and

I may arrange another house in the harbor)

- Self catering concerning linen and towels

- Pets and smoking is not allowed inside

- The marina is situated 4 km from nearest train & bus station - I really

recommend traveling by car.

- Since I don't live nearby, all needed information will be sent to you in

advance. There may be some problems to send attachments via the

TripAdvisor mail so I may be asking you for another e-mail address.

- Don’t forget to print and the received documents and bring it on your trip!

How do damage deposits work?
