Bright villa in a quiet and family residence with green zone and community swimming pool, close to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa.

This adjoining villa is spread out on two floors and functional to accommodate 7 persons.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms that communicate with each other, each of them with a double bed and big storage closet, as well as the complete bathroom, recently renovated, with a large shower plate.

On the ground floor you'll find a third bedroom, triple with bunk beds and an individual bed, a recently renewed open-plan kitchen with big fridge-freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, etc... and a pleasant living room with dining area, sofa-bed, television screen and music device.

A sliding door in the living room allows to get to the ground floor triple bedroom and a large picture window opens up the living room to a paved garden completely equipped with a table,benches, chairs, sun shade, stone barbecue and surrounded by high hedges to provide you with intimacy.

On a corner of the terrace, the landlords have only just installed an independent little house with complete bathroom and washing-machine.

This terrace is large enough to park one car, moreover it has direct private access to the residence's community green zone and its swimming pool boarded by lawn, thanks to a secure little gate.

This villa, with actual and colorful decoration, makes available to you quality furnishing and a comfortable equipment.

the Wifi Internet connection is available with an extra charge of 25 € per week, as well as the air conditioning, one device in the living room and another one in each bedroom of the upper floor for 30 € per week.

This villa belongs to a family, quiet and friendly residence composed by 15 villas with a pleasant green zone (lawn, trees) and a beautiful community swimming pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower.

Indeed, this residence stands is the quiet and wooded residential area of Casalot, with little supermarket, bar and restaurant, about 3,5 kms from the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa, most of them preserved, and only 3 kms from the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemist, etc...

The access at the beaches and centre is easy and fast, the park spots along the beaches of Miami Playa are free.

L'Hospitalet de L'infant situated around 5 Kms, has nautical port and nice maritime promenade in the extension of Playa Cristal in Miami Playa.

About 10 minutes from there stands Cambrils with its little port, shopping streets and many little restaurants and, just a bit further, Salou, with its long maritime promenades, fine sand beaches and its famous Port Aventura theme park.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.

Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.

The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).

The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.

In the centre, you'll find supermarkets, catering stores, restaurants, bars, chemists, as well as many stores.

Miami Playa is also surrounded by pretty housing schemes with beautiful holiday residences such as “El Casalot” standing Northwards, in a wooded environment, close to the mountains and to the famous Bonmont Golf Course , “Pino Alto” which leads to the beautiful Playa Cristal, or even “Massos d'en Blade”, residential area at the entrance of Miami Playa with vast green zones and an easy access to savage and virgin beautiful beaches.

Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.

How do damage deposits work?
