Description

Fantastic area, Fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bath designer house with pool on the Miami River, yes this is a gem. The house features 19 foot cathedral ceilings with skylights, very open floor plan with high end furniture and three bedroom with one of a kind hand made beds. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and one a double bed, it sleeps a total of 6 people in the bedrooms and also has a fold out sofa in the living room that can comfortably sleep another 2, excellent kitchen for light meals, great pool on the river, BBQ for those outdoor cooking enthusiast. The location is magnificent, it is 4 minutes from the Winwood District, Downtown, Bayside, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Midtown, just near every place of interest. Major supermarket just 4 blocks away, fish market 3 blocks away, 4 restaurants and bars on the river 3 and 7 blocks away. There is also Sprig Garden Point Park jus 30 yards from the house, where you can take a book and sit in the benches whilst watching the yachts cruise by, Spring Garden Point Park is a historical park, in the 1910s and 20s there was a man by the name of alligator Joe that charged tourists .10 cents to watch him wrestling alligators.

Watch the shrimp boats go out in the evening and come back at night. It is a very private and peaceful house and neighborhood called Spring Garden, it is the first residential neighborhood in Miami, this neighborhood was made by the pioneers of Miami, names like Flagler, Sibold, the ex president of Cuba Batista all lived here in the 20s, the neighborhood is a hidden gem with historical homes and mature trees on every block.

The freeway is only 5 blocks away and from there you can go east, west north and south, it is just the perfect location, you will not have to drive very far to go to the South Beach, just get on the freeway and within a third of a mile you are on the causeway.

Included in the rent, the house will be equipped with complimentary fruit basket, coffee and tea, chocolates, all your towels and linen, shampoo and conditioner, skin lotion, etc... It has an outdoor fridge so you can enjoy the outdoors without having to come in the house. All the furniture is high end and the walls are covered with art in every room.

Please look at map bellow for location, I will provide the best rout to get here from the airport, as the GPS takes you through a not so convenient area when it does find the address. The dock of the house was in the film Step Up 4, part of the film was done just in front of our dock.

How do damage deposits work?
