Cozy 1 bedroom Cottage apartment with private entrance in a tastefully renovated, 1925 historic South Florida Deco Era Bungalow. Parking is FREE on street.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that includes pots, pans, dining area with plate setting for 4, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, and other utensils. You will have a living/dining area that is NOT inside the bedroom giving you the feel of a full size apartment.

The queen size bed features a 1 inch gel memory foam, 5 inches of high-density base foam, and natural bamboo that naturally regulates body temperature to keep you comfortable.

Quoted rates are for up to 2 guests, accommodations can be made for a third guest for $10 per night (a child).

This unit has new split unit air conditioner, plus a back up window unit. Tile floors. The Property is equipped with (Beach Supplies; 2 towels, 2 chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and 1 cooler, and beach toys for children), 2 rain umbrellas, iron and board, hair dryer, 1 flat screen tv, all utilities included, premium cable, wi-fi. You will have access to a back yard with tables, chairs, patio umbrellas, and a covered veranda with 2 chairs and 1 table.

The apartment is located in a (Prime, Safe, and quiet neighborhood) in the true heart of Miami. You will be near all the main points of interest, some within walking distance like the famous Calle 8, miracle mile, restaurants, supermarkets, 24 hour pharmacy, and public transportation. With normal traffic conditions a 5 min drive can take you to the heart of Brickel, downtown Miami, key Biscayne, Hobie Island Beach, Viscaya Italian renaissance-style villa, and more. With a 10 minute drive you can reach Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, downtown Coral Gables, and other points of interest. World famous South Beach is about a 15 minute drive.

There is no need to upset the neighbors, ruin your vacation, & give my properties a bad reputation in the neighborhood. Please be respectful of the housekeeper’s time & the next guests reservation; check out by 11AM. Smoke outside & close the door to prevent smoke & bugs from entering the property. Marijuana is illegal in Miami, smoke it somewhere else.
