This house celebrates and embraces the wonderful diversity of this great country. We welcome with arms stretched wide, our brothers and sisters of all races,creeds and sexual orientation. Together we will not build walls but a magnificent future for our children and future generations.

The room, one of two in our B & B ( Bed and Breakfast) in our old home is a comfortable & spacious bedroom in beautiful house centrally located just off downtown & Brickell. Enjoy charming garden with dining tables, access to kitchen and dining room as well as uber cool porch.

This beautiful large bedroom is one of two we have ready for our guests in this historic old house. You can also rent the entire house and you can look for that listing in this site.. Our beautiful house is located very close to the Marlins Ballpark in a secluded historic neighborhood and on the other side of the river of the Health District. We have a great backyard with a large mango tree whose canopy provides shade to our deck. Enjoy the privacy of your large bedroom and the joy of country living while you are minutes away from the most interesting neighborhoods in Miami: Wynwood (art district), PAMM (breathtaking art museum), Arsht Center (Theater/Music/Dance) Little Hati (Third Fridays at Little Haiti) Little Havana (can't miss that cafecito) South Beach literally a 10 minute drive) and enjoy the natural parks of Key Biscayne 15 driving minutes away. You can chose to bike ride to any of these locations using Citi bikes located all around us. We have discovered a love for hosting and we strive to excel in our service. We will suggest, arrange and organize whatever you need in Miami and surroundings. We have a fairly good knowledge of the city, the art scene, restaurants, cinemas, museums and parks and totally love to sharing it with our guests. Our guests have access to the porch, living and dining room, as well as the kitchen for heating prepared food and of course all of the back garden and deck.

We have a deep love for our property and we hope our guests can appreciate the care we put into it. We appreciate our guests keeping it clean and organized. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the property and unfortunately we can't accept pets (but we love them :( )We have a cat that roams the property, sometimes with friends. He will not come into your room and will not bother you at all. We recycle religiously and will provide the necessary containers to separate the trash. We understand the world's need for water and we save water as much as we can. We provide fresh linens on a weekly basis on or demand as well as towels. We live in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and we hope you understand that loud noise after 10PM weekdays is discouraged. If you are bringing visitors, kindly check with us in advance. No parties are allowed. We provide you with keys to the property. Please understand that if you lose them we have to replace them at a cost of $35.00. We ask you not to take the regular towels to the beach. Please ask us and we will gladly provide you with larger, brighter and way more fun towels for your beach day. We ask you to keep us informed about your time of arrival as soon as possible and before the date of arrival so we can make arrangements to receive you. We request from our guests to provide us with a window of 1 to 1.5 hours of arrival time the day before arrival so we can plan appropriately for your welcome. If you are checking in after 9PM kindly check with us in advance to make sure it is possible.

We invite you to use our collection of movies ( in the basket) and our books and please return them once you are finished so all of our guests can enjoy them.

If you have to ship packages to our address, bear in mind that we will:

Take 1 or 2 small packages

The package must not require a signature

The package must be addressed to you and C/O (care of) Ines Cortes

We require you let us know you are sending a package and the approx date of delivery

Even though we will obviously do everything it takes to secure your package, we are free of all and any responsibility regarding the package(s) safety.

If you are coming for a surgical procedure please advise us beforehand. Please be aware the reservation might be canceled unless you let us know. If the reservation is approved you must come in with another person that will be responsible for your well being.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ines and Maria (the owner) a message.

If Ines and Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
