We love to serve you the BEST way at our cozy one bedroom RENTAL apartments which are on a quiet street, Centrally Located in Miami and very close to all attractions in Miami... just a block from the ocean and 5 minutes from Miami Beach, Miami Heat arena......

We are in the heart of the sunshine city Miami (Upper East Side), close to all the beaches, few minutes to all tourism places including Bayside, Miami's famous Design District, the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the famous Wynwood Art District, Miami Beach, Miami Heat Basketball Arena, Miami International Airport, Miami Port, Famous Hospitals, .......

There are 35 restaurants within a 15 minute walk including Tutopazzo, Weberman's Traditional Foods and Blue Collar !!

Starbucks Coffee Shop is within 1 minute walk !!!

Our property is located in a popular and up and coming area of Miami (MiMo) that has plenty of restaurants, shops and parks, including Legion, Baywood and Morningside parks, each with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay.

Walking distance to top Miami local restaurants (Michy's, Blue Collar, Metro, Moonchine, Ni Do, Dogma, Balans, Andiamos, and of course for your Starbucks treat, just 1 min walk away. This is the perfect location to experience some of Miami's best dining. Walking distance to Bayside Park with walking/jogging path along bay, and gyms, yoga center and local transportation close by. Close to popular Mid-Town Shops, Design District, galleries and clubs. Grocery market conveniently located close by as well.1/2 block to bus stops on Biscayne Blvd , so u can go everywhere in Miami in buses all day long.

We have FREE WiFi (We just placed a fast Comcast internet with 75 Mbps shared with our other apts. We cannot guarantee their service but I reallyyyy like it. We paid a lot of money for the modem and the BEST & MOST expensive NETGEAR router (has 6 antennas). I was told the US Army uses a similar router.). We have free Cable TV, TVs, Refrigerators, Oven, Couches(Futons), Dining Table with Chairs, Kitchenette,...... in our apartments and a nice backyard between very tall bamboo trees with Barbecue area...

Our building has 6 separate 1 bedroom apartments (PLEASE CHECK OUR OTHER LISTINGS BELOW !!!!!!!!!!!!).

NOTE: We just finished renovating the apartments !!!

Our guests are our friends!

We accept dogs smaller than 15 pounds !!!!

We charge $150 per booking per pet !!! we just gated a good size area in the backyard for dogs to enjoy outside !!!!!

When you arrive, pleaseee don't go overboard in asking for things :) Please check our amenities online. We are not a 5 star hotel :)

If you want us to provide you with bed sheets and towels,Soap, Paper Towels, we can buy them for you for $150, as we dont't provide them...So, please tell us while booking!!

For our insurance policy: We are not liable for any of our guest's or their guests' safety..

It is a quiet neighborhood and close to the main attractions in Miami.

The ONLY Water Park in Miami is in our area !!!

A small day dream of what you can do around our building, when you wake up:

- Wake up with a sunshine going through your window to your bed

- Get up and take your coffee outside to the backyard to sit between the big tall bamboo trees

- Take a walk to the ocean ( 1.5 block away) where you sit, relax......

- Walk from the ocean to Europa Cafe or Starbucks for a breakfast

- Drive to the beach for a nice swim

- Come back later in the evening to your apt, change your clothes, then go for a walk to the strip where nice restaurants are.......

This is a small example of what you would do here !!!!!!!!!!

We are a half of a block from Biscayne Blvd where the City Public Transportation buses pass by all day long.

From our location to anywhere in Miami, you really don't need a car to go around !!!!

Try staying once and guaranteed you will come back again !!!!!!!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Elie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
