Enjoy this Beautiful 3Bed/2 Bath house , in the beautiful Miami. Located near the fabulous area of Winwood, Art District, Brickell, Port of Miami and American Airlines Area. Restaurants, shopping, close to the ocean. Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer inside.

Luxury spot, 10 guests could be hosted at this property.

Private pool, jacuzzi, patio, full outdoor bar for you and your guests to enjoy.

The space

Thank you for taking a look at my 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Miami Oasis near Wynwood, the famous Art District, Brickell, and the Port of Miami. This Spanish Colonial House has been furnished for your enjoyment. The home has three bedrooms; 1 King and 2 Queens beds, all with very comfortable pillow top mattresses. Each bedroom comes with linen, towels, and a flat screen TV. Each bathroom has tub/shower combination. There is wifi throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, breakfast table, and kitchenware. Dining area seats 10 people when you add the breakfast table to it. There is a washer dryer in the house for your laundry convenience.

The inside of the the house features two main common areas. The first being the living room that can sleep 2 people on a pull out couch and a flat screen TV. The second common area, the sun room, also has a pull out couch that sleeps 2 and over looks the gorgeous backyard.

The Gem of the property is the backyard. There you can sit in the shade on the 600 square foot patio featuring outdoor seating and dining, as well as a bar area. The greenery of the backyard really makes you feel like you are on vacation and gives you the privacy that you expect. Of course, there is a 35 foot pool to use during those hot days and lounge seating around the pool.

Last, but not least, the property is on the canal which leads right in to the open bay. So if you have your own boat, you have your own parking spot.

How do damage deposits work?
