Description

Situated on the beautiful west coast of Naxos with wonderful views across to Paros this villa makes an ideal base to explore Naxos or relax in the local area famous for its windsurfing facilities and great beaches.

The accommodation is on two floors and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

On the top floor there is a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet and hand basin. The shower room has been updated for 2017 - see photo. The bedroom has built in wardrobes, flatscreen TV and a large balcony with wonderful views.

The lower floor has a twin bedroom and a kitchen with an eating area. The kitchen fittings include an oven with hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and a washing machine. It has an enclosed balcony with an arch and sea views.

There is a small balcony to the rear of the first floor and a paved garden to the rear of the lower floor.

The house is built to a high standard with double glazed windows and doors, wooden shutters, marble floors and it is fully insulated.

We also have a fold up bed and a travel cot.

There are two secluded beaches only 100 metres away. The small village of Mikri Vigla is 10 minutes walk with two supermarkets and a selection of tavernas. It is a popular kite surfing area with two kite surfing schools and a couple of surfers bars.

The famous beach of Plaka is to the North with four kilometres of clear sea and sandy beaches.

We offer a free meet and greet service. Our representative will show you the house on arrival and explain the local amenities and places to visit. Cleaning and change of bedding once a week is included in the price.

Car hire is recommended.

We will happily answer any of your queries and can advise on ferries, flights etc.
