<p>Just moments from a light shingle beach lined with colourful beach huts and situated in an elevated cliffside position,this spacious cottage is perfect for getting out and exploring the south coast. Only eight miles from Beaulieu Heath in the New Forest with easy access to a network of 100 miles off road cycle tracks and walking spots. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Georgian town of Lymington with its cobbled quay,marina,and ferry access to the Isle of Wight is only five miles from the property and if you fancy a spot of fishing during your holiday,day trips for all ages set sail from Keyhaven harbour within easy access.</p><p>With a pretty courtyard leading to the front door and large welcoming hall,the ground floor is where you will find a larder,laundry room with a washing machine,tumble dryer and a handy Sheila Maid for hanging your wetsuits, sunny garden room and three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed,en-suite shower room and a door to a private patio. The second bedroom has a king size double bed,en-suite shower room and doors leading to the covered terrace and garden. The third bedroom has two single beds and again doors leading to the covered terrace and garden beyond. The sunny garden room with blackout blinds is ideal for the travel cot and has a door to terrace. The family bathroom on the ground floor boasts a roll top bath and WC. The upstairs benefits from wonderful wrap around balconies boasting panoramic views from The Needles,Isle of Wight and right around to Old Harry Rocks in Swanage. The spacious living area has tri-fold doors to a large balcony,and the dining room features views looking out to the Isle of Wight with doors leading to a balcony and stairway to lower patio and garden. the lounge also benefits from a 49" 4K Smart TV with Netflix and surround sound for a lazy night in. Perfect for preparing a feast,the kitchen is well-equipped. There is also a handy cloakroom and WC on the first floor. The first floor balcony area is great for relaxing,enjoying evening drinks or enjoying breakfast,complete with garden furniture.</p><p>Outside the property has parking for three cars,a gated area that is great for storing kayaks,bikes and boards and has a pretty south facing garden.</p>
