Description

Little Ridge is a beautifully and newly refurbished one bedroom annexe. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king size bed and shower room. The kitchen has integrated oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.

It is a detached property to the side of the family home with its own private, fenced off patio which benefits from the late afternoon and evening sun, perfect for relaxing sundowners!

Located less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all its gastronomic restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops, all set around a delightful village green.

Less than a 10 minute walk, in many directions, from Little Ridge you will find the sea. From here you can stroll along the promenade up to the cliff tops in one direction or along the spit to Hurst Castle, passing a cafe, ice cream parlour and Raft Rocks, a modern restaurant, which also serves street food on its roof terrace in the summer which benefits from fabulous sea views.

“PERFECT IN EVERY WAY”

Just spent six nights at Little Ridge. I was so pleased to find the property beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The queen size bed was warm and comfortable.Everything was to our liking. The owners Claire and Kevin could not have been more obliging and helpful. Even our dog had a small garden all to himself. We had cake to welcome us which was a nice touch and went down well. Will return to this quiet corner in Milford

Very good accommodation just right for the two of us. A lovely welcome from Kevin and the fruit cake was very nice. A very good location Milford on sea is a delightful village with some good pubs and restaurants. We had forgotten how nice the New Forest was and we had a superb week. great weather and lots to do.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
