Your guidance the pools, hot tubs and sauna at the resort are closed for the foreseeable future .. definitely for the summer, fall season & winter seasons. Most of the beaches in the area are open and available this summer however as far as Lac Mercier is concerned .. difficult to say what kind of reception you will receive at the beach front.
They may decide to temporarily relax their regulations depending on the current situation however the official word is that the beach ,is only available to residents of the town for this summer season.
I understand other beaches are open ..
The resort tennis court is open.
Our condo has air conditioning and the second bathroom has a jet bath.

There are two separate swimming area complexes in the resort .. both are gated .. requires key which is supplied in the rental of our condo.
One of the pools has two hot tubs, a small pool which is connected by a short waterfall to the larger pool. The larger pool has a great water slide.
The second swimming area also has a hot tub, and a large pool with lap lanes...
Both swimming area complexes have changing rooms, deck chairs, umbrellas etc. All the pools are heated and 4 beach towels are also provided in the condo.
Our condo is located on a mountain .. Mount Plaisant .. The condo is a 5 / minute walk to the old village main street .. where you will find .. pub, GREAT restaurants, grocery and convenience stores etc.. We are a 5 minute drive to the Pedestrian Village .. where the ski runs are and more great restaurants, clothing stores and more .. A 10 minute drive to the casino ..And the city of St Jovite a 15 minute drive ..

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
