Description

Skiing, bike paths, golf, canoeing within 1 to 5 kilometers of our door. Our condo welcomes you through a roomy vestibule with space for skis, golf equipment and bikes. Enter the open-concept first floor with a fully equipped kitchen with eating bar, dining area seats 6-8, a half-bath, washer/dryer area, conversation area (sofa has queen fold-out) and TV viewing area with fireplace and step-out through glass door to the patio barbeque & summer dining area. The second floor offers an ensuite bedroom with queen bed, full bath/shower and a sitting area, a second bedroom with queen bed, and a third cozy children's bedroom with a bunkbed set. A bathroom in the hall offers a shower. Wi-fi and free LD Canada & US included, heated pool in summer. Two parking spots near door reserved for you. Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc downshill ski resorts are within 12 kilometers. Beaches are within a 10 kilometer bike ride or drive. Multiple summer and winter sports options. Fine and family dining are both available in varying cuisine. Restaurants and entrance to bike trails within 1 kilometer, the municipal bus to Mont Tremblant Resort and the old villages just steps from our driveway and is free or charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary Lou (the owner) a message.

If Mary Lou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
