Description

Welcome to our spacious (2,000 sq ft) and sun-filled condo on the 18th hole of La Bete championship golf course at Rabaksa, Mont Tremblant, Quebec. Rabaska, the 2008 CNBC winner of "Best Golf Course Development - Canada", is a tranquil, low density community with a focus on maintaining its natural beauty.

Our condo is a great home for families looking for space and comfort in a tranquil setting only 5 minutes from the ski lifts and activity of the Tremblant resort.

The main floor family room with wood burning fireplace,over-sized sofa and loveseat, with expansive golf course views is a great place to relax at the end of a day of skiing, cycling, golfing or simply exploring the region. It features a 39" LCD TV, DVD, mini stereo with CD and Ipod capability and a walk-out to the large deck. We like to cook and entertain so we've provided a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and have a dining table to seat eight.

In summer you can enjoy the air conditioning or you can dine al fresco at our patio table for six and with its panoramic view watch golfers tee off on 18 and walk off the green at the end of their round.

There is a main floor queen bedroom with direct access to the large main floor bathroom with shower and over-sized washer/dryer.

Upstairs features another large family room/4th bedroom with huge south facing windows, sofa, loveseat and a 40" LCD TV and DVD player. This is a great place for kids to enjoy space on their own. There is also an elegant double wall bed in this room which is also a hit with kids.

The large master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pond and 18 hole and lets in plenty of light and fresh mountain air. It also has a large closet and lots of drawer space for clothes. The ensuite has a standalone shower and jetted bathtub for relaxing.

The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and is in a mountain motif. The main bathroom on the second floor which serves the upstairs family room and second bedroom features a large shower.

We love the location of our condo. It is about 5 minutes by car from the Tremblant mountain resort, the Village of Mont Tremblant and the Saint Jovite district which all offer many fine restaurant and shopping choices. From our condo you can safely and easily access the bike trail of the "Petit Train du Nord", a converted rail line which you can take to each of these three destinations! In winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe from the condo throughout the golf course trails.

We are sure that if you decide to stay with us that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

House rules

Renting guest must be over 25 years of age. No smoking. If guests smoke inside the unit, there will be a minimum penalty of $250 for extra cleaning and or loss of future guest revenue..

I respect my neighbours so if late night parties are part of your plans I respectfully suggest you look elsewhere.

The condo is on a septic system, please do not use drain cleaner or put products other than toilet paper in the toilets in order to avoid a large damage charge.
