Unique property only minutes from the ski hill!

Our house is one of the closest private homes with a direct view of Tremblant Mountain. An easy 15-20 minute walk takes you past a scenic waterfall, Lac Tremblant and the Beach & Tennis Club to the beautiful resort village of Mont Tremblant. We are truly only minutes away from everything Tremblant has to offer.

The property has 2 floors, both are open concept with great room, floor to ceiling fireplace and gourmet kitchens. The upper floor has a 250 sq.ft. master with ensuite. The ensuite has claw foot tub. There is a second bedroom with queen bed and second bathroom with 3'x6' open shower. Beautiful floor to (cathedral) ceiling windows offer a direct view of the ski hill. So close you can see the gondola and skiers.

The lower floor offers 3 more bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Two patio doors access the beautifully landscaped yard which includes a large patio set and outdoor fire pit.

The 4 person hot tub is located on the lower deck under a clear covered gazebo.

Getting around

For an enjoyable stay you will want a car to get to some of the activities, but not all. The local bus runs every 1/2 between the ski hill and St Jovite. It stops a few metres from the house, a 5 minute ride to the hill. $3 each way or a book of 10 at a reduced price. We suggest car pooling to the hill, bus home at the end of the ski day, allowing each skier to come home when they are ready. There is free parking and parking shuttle at the hill. In summer you can walk to the beach and Ski/Pedestiran village. You will need a car to get to - Aquacentre, X-country ski centre, Lac Mercier beach, Old Village and St Jovite (for large grocery shop)

Interaction with guest

Once we receive your final payment, we will send you your check-in information to your personal e-mail. The check-in information includes, front door codes, driving and parking instructions, and WiFi and TV information. We will also send you our brochure which contains more details information about the house, use of the hot tub, fireplace and firewood, laundry, and our check-out list. There will be a copy of the brochure at the house when you arrive. We have a loft on the property that is a separate building and hidden from the main house. We often stay there when the house is rented and if so will be available if needed, but otherwise you will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the hot tub, deck, patio and garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
