This is the very first year for this rental property. and although this is a new rental, we are not new to renting on PEI, This beautiful luxury Cottage/ Country home will be a beautiful retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. Are you looking for a romantic getaway or simply a relaxing vacation? Our country cottage is beautifully situated in quiet rural setting in P.E.I. This beautiful luxury Cottage/ Country home will be a beautiful retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. It is a perfect place to enjoy peacefulness and tranquility and a perfect home base location for visiting all the sites of PEI. Just 20 minutes from the Wood Islands Ferry going to and from New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, 15 minutes to the Town of Montague, and 10 minutes to beautiful Panmure Island beach,

this Paradise getaway is located on 1 acre of land and is fully stocked with all amenities. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, washer and dryer. screened in Patio tent on the deck , BBQ. This is a lovely, tranquil spot, where you can sit on the deck and listen to the sounds of shorebirds and watch a beautiful sunrise and sunset. There is a small beach just steps from the back deck and a fishing dock close by where you can watch the lobster boats come and go. This is an excellent place to launch your kayak and explore the Sturgeon River. The beach at Panmure Island (only 10 min away) has the oldest wooden lighthouse on PEI. It is one of the most beautiful quiet beaches on Prince Edward Island and one of the few beaches which has no Provincial entry fees. Poverty Beach is only 7 minutes away and is one of the warmest beaches on the Island,as well as a great beach for clam digging and taking long walks on the sand bars. This beautiful country cottage is located close to the town of Montague and Murray River and Murray Harbour, both of which are among PEI's favorite fishing villages.

The cottage which is completely winterized is also close to many of PEI's beautiful Golf Courses. Dundarave Golf Course and Resort is only 20 min away. Other Golf Courses close by are: Belfast Golf Course, Murray Harbour Golf Course and Cardigan Golf Course. If you like to fish, there is a family owned private fishing hole nearby. We also have a fire pit created for evening star gazing and marshmallow roasting. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay for a romantic getaway or family summer vacation as you visit our beautiful beaches and country sites, this is the place to stay. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
