Description

Discover Portugal while benefitting from the charm of a typical house of the country: built in the years 1950 and completely renovated in 2009, the house is organized around a central patio on which all the parts of the house open and where are also located a fountain and a baker's oven. A double sawn timber door opens from the patio on the garden. The Living room opens largely on a pergola located at the back of the house and overhangs the garden. All the rooms give on bathrooms.

The house is located in a quiet and small village easealy accessible (the highway with 4 kms), near many touristic sites:

The seaside resort of Figueira da Foz located at 25KM will allow the amateurs of sunbathing, shopping and nightclubs to open out. Those preferring the peace of beaches without end with white sand will choose the family beaches of Tocha or Mira at 15 Kms

The amateurs of architecture and history will be charmed by the visit of Montemor-O-Velho, medieval castle at 10Km, of Coimbra, first university town of Portugal located at 30 km, and by the visits of Oporto and Lisbon located respectively at 110 and 190 Kms.

In addition to seasports, the sportsmen will be able to do excursions or Kayak. The Sanctuary of Fatima, the spas of Lousa, Luso, the monasteries of Ourem, Leira, Alcobaca, are some of the destinations quickly accessible from the house.

Découvrez le Portugal en profitant du charme d'une maison typique du pays: bâtie dans les années 1950 et totalement rénovée en 2009, la maison est organisée autour d'un patio central sur lequel s'ouvrent toutes les pièces de la maison et ou se trouvent également une fontaine et un four à pain. Une double porte de bois massif ouvre du patio sur le jardin. Le Salon Séjour s'ouvre largement sur une pergola située à l'arrière de la maison et surplombe le jardin. Toutes les chambres donnent sur une salle de bain.

La maison est située dans un petit village tranquille et facile d'accès (l'autoroute à 4 kms), à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques:

La station balnéaire de Figueira Da Foz située à 25KM fera le bonheur des amateurs de bronzette, shopping et boites de nuit. Ceux préférant la tranquillité opteront pour les plages plus familiales, sans fin au sable blanc, de Tocha ou Mira à 15 Kms

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
