Recently renovated three-bedroom duplex located in a quite east-end Montreal neighbourhood. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro (Radisson), then a quick 20-minute ride to the Downtown core. Highly accessible to major highway (40 and 15).

The Space

The duplex has three bedrooms (two queen beds, one single bed and a foldable bed) and space in the living room for inflatable mattress upon request.

It also includes: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI access, Satellite TV, washer/dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer...everything you would need for comfortable stay.

Perfect for families or group travellers on a budget looking for a space to retreat from a busy day of city life. We will gladly help you with recommendations for hidden gems of beautiful Montreal.

Few steps to Place Versaille shopping mall. Close to Galerie D'Anjou, Local Produced Market, Santa Cabrini Hospital, Maisonneuve Rosemont Hospital and Maisonneuve Park (one of the biggest park in Montreal). About 10 minutes metroride to Olympic Stadium, Saputo Stadium, Botanical Garden, Insectarium. 20 minutes by car to Downtown Montreal/Montreal Old Port, 2 hrs to Ottawa and 2.5 hrs to Quebec City. For those who loves country and alpine skiing only 15 minutes to Mont Bruno and 45 minutes to Laurentians or Eastern Township ski slopes. About 1.5 hrs to Mont Tremblant.The duplex is located in a family-oriented residential neighbourhood near highway 25 and 40.

Sufficient street parking available.

Un charmant duplex, récemment rénové. Situé dans un quartier tranquille à l'est de Montréal. Accessible au transport en commun (10 minutes à pied du métro (Radisson), ensuite 20 minutes jusqu'au Centre-ville) et aux autoroutes. Il y a deux centres commerciaux à proximité (Place Versailles, Galeries d'Anjou), plusieurs restaurants, Hospital Maisonnueve Rosemont, Santa Cabrini, Stade Saputo, Insectarium, Jardin Bonatique, Biodome ainsi Stade Olympique.

Le duplex a trois chambres à coucher, dotés d'un lit queen, un lit double et un lit simple. Possibilité de rajouter un matelas gonflable dans le salon. La cuisine est toute équipée. Aussi inclus: WiFi, TV avec satellite, laveuse/secheuse, sèche-cheveux,... tout ce qu'il vous faut pour un séjour comfortable et agréable.

Un endroit idéal pour familles et groupes qui recherchent un lieu paisible pour se reposer après les journées chargées, tout en étant près de l'action et les attractions de la ville. Nous sommes à disposition pour vous conseiller, entre autres pour les trésors cachés de belle ville de Montréal.
