Description

Large 980sq.ft apartment offers 2 large bedrooms each with brand new Queen size beds! Bedroom#1 offers a walk-in closet and is located at the back of the apartment. Bedroom #2 is light and airy and offers a roomy closet. It is located at the front of the apartment. Great for privacy and tranquility. A crib is available.

The modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware one could need to whip up a gourmet meal. There are enough dishes, stemware and cutlery to host a dinner for up to 6.

The living room is spacious for all to lounge and relax in after a day of sightseeing in Montreal. The perfect place to kick of your shoes and watch your favorite shows. Cable TV available on the 50" plasma TV. With WiFi access, just bring your laptop and surf while lounging on the sofa or use the computer area set up in the living room. A balcony is accessible from the living room where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the area's vibe.

The bathroom has the Washer/Dryer installed and is free to use during your stay. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets included! All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.

Great location with many shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Enjoy Italian fare and authentic gelato at 'La Bella Italiana' or fish and seafood at 'Espadon'. Not to be missed, Sunday brunch at 'Le Baron Royal'. In the mood to eat in and watch a movie at the apartment, stop in for pizza at 'Pizza 2-4-1'.

An upscale mall, 'Les Galeries D'Anjou' and a farmers market are just a 5 min drive or bus.

We prefer personal check-in with our guests. Need help or have a question, we are only a phone call/text/email away!

Getting around

Easy to get around by public transport to downtown areas for all the tourist attractions. Central downtown accessible by bus stop #32, located just a minute's walk from the front door takes you to Cadillac Metro in 7 mins. Cadillac metro is the Green Line direct to downtown's Place Des Arts, McGill, Peel, etc... in 15 minutes. Bus stop #141 is just steps from the front door and whisks you to Saint Michel metro in 15 minutes, connecting you to areas such as Little Italy and Uniprix Stadium for The Rogers Cup. The metro transfer at Jean Talon takes you into beautiful Old Montreal. If you arrive by car and want to explore surrounding areas, we are within 2 mins drive to the Hwy 40 (East/West directions) and Hwy 25 (North/South directions).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
