Very nice fully renovated, open concept apartment in pristine condition: livingroom, fully equiped kitchen, office and 1 closed bedroom ( + walk-in closet), tastefully furnished and decorated. Quiet semi-basement flat in residential duplex with big windows, flooded with light. Easy FREE parking on the street. Situated on a residential street at the corner of a vibrant avenue. FREE parking on the street in front of to the house. Also avaialble public parking lot at the corner of the street.

Ideal location on quiet street corner of Queen Mary. Walking distance (5 min) to Snowdon metro station and easy access to Decarie free way (10 min to Downtown). Bus stop at the corner of the street. Also at the corner of the street you will find restaurants, cafés (Starbuck, Second Cup etc.) + all the shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. you might need. Near Université de Montréal, new CUSM hospital and Segal Center.

Touristic attraction: we're at a walking distance from Oratoire Saint-Joseph and very close to beautiful Parc du Mont -Royal

Top location, out of main area of Montréal but sooo easy to get into the heart of the city and with all necessities at your doorstep. The apartment is just as described with all that you will need. Thank you, Elisabeth...hope to see you on my return

Myself & my teenage daughter rented this property for 4 nights while we were in Montreal on a college visit. The location is excellent - just one block from lots of restaurants & a good coffee shop, and about 4 blocks from a Metro stop which allowed us easy access to all of Montreal. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, and Elisabeth our hostess was very personable & helpful. She even helped me find a good parking place on her street! The apartment had everything we needed and is now my go-to place to stay when visiting Montreal!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Elisabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
