Brand NEW construction open concept apartment with double patio windows that open overlooking Sherbrooke Street and Concordia's Loyola campus. New modern apartment that includes laundry in unit, stainless steel appliances, a convertible leather futon that opens into a queen bed. Included is also a large flat screen TV is perfect for watching DVD's. High end stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven, range & dishwasher.Linens, sheets, towels & hairdryer provided.

We have central air and heating for whatever season Montreal can possibly have.

We have children's toys, and portable crib upon request.

Getting around

Bus 51 (along Queen Mary, past Universite de Montreal, St Laurent), 90 (along St Jacques until Dawson Cegep), 105 (Montreal West to Vendome Metro), 123 and 162 (Villa Maria metro to Cote St Luc) are some of the many access routes from the apartment to many parts of the city. Metro The nearest metro (subway) station, is Vendome metro. The exit bus stop will be either titled ‘Westmore’ or ‘Patricia’. The Bus stop is nearly in front of the building door. - Vendome metro : You can take the 105 bus in the western direction - Villa Maria metro station: You can take the 162 bus heading east for about 10-15 minutes. - Snowdon metro : You can take the 51 bus. The Dorval airport is easily accessible via the 495/496 bus to the 90 bus

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
