On 2nd floor of a duplex apartment of 700 sq. ft. (65 m2) fully renovated. Complete peace of mind on a quiet street in a pleasant residential area. Apartment furnished and tastefully decorated, comfortable, offering lighting and space, large balcony with patio door from the kitchen.

To facilitate your contacts, you have an Internet connection at high speed. Equipped with an air conditioner for the periods of extreme heat. Close to the second largest city park (Parc Angrignon).

15 minutes access to Atwater Market along the Lachine Canal bike paths by in 25 minutes to Old Montreal. Ideal for lovers walk on foot, bike or rollerblade. Nearby (less than 2 minutes walk) metro Monk (direct line to the city center). This apartment offers all amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Montreal.

Our apartment includes:

- A large living room with a window overlooking the street (little traffic);

- One bedroom (Queen bed) with wardrobe;

- A bathroom (shower, natural lighting);

- A very bright kitchen overlooking the rear of the house with a large balcony: view of trees and a park;

- A desk with a computer with high speed internet access.


- Bedroom: Queen bed 2 places (sheets, duvets, pillows provided), dresser, clock radio;

- Lounge: Sofa, table, television, DVD player;

- Kitchen: Cookware (dishes, pans, utensils, etc ...), table with 4 chairs, double sink, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer;

- Office: computer with high-speed cable Internet, hi-fi, sofa bed (one place);

- Bathroom: towels, hair dryer.

Also includes: vacuum, electric heating.

All you really need is your suitcase.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
