Description

This space is wide open with a huge terrasse in a lovely loft space.

Private bedroom and private bathroom which have their own doors.

Double doors and huge windows to a terrasse with a lovely day bed and plants, where you can sit and relax.

Full kitchen, television (no cable however), well appointed and fresh furnishings for you to enjoy after a long day of walking and touring. The space has hardwood floors, and gorgeous designs with high ceilings and exposed concrete. It is oh so quiet and yet central. Hardwood floors, and concrete walls, full bath, full shower and laundry room. Dishwasher too!

What's not to love?

There are many glorious parks in this area with mini lakes, terrific restos and cafes.

Bixi bikes are at the corner of the metro station which is a mere 4 blocks away. You are short walks from numerous hot spots like the The mountain :Mount Royal (there is also a street by the same name), St. Viateur street where warm bagels are plentiful, Park Avenue with it's mish mash of European and Indian markets, Little Italy for genuinely good espresso.

Terrific restaurants and cafes on Bernard Street and all along famed Park Avenue. A few subway stops from Hip Plateau Mont Royal - I've walked it plenty of times.

Just leave your car and walk, use the fabulous public transit, or try the famous BIXI Bikes = Public Bike System, allowing you to pick up a bike and leave it at your destination. Cabs are another inexpensive option, although going on foot and using public transport is economical and worth the sight seeing pleasure.

This location is the ideal choice for those who want to really explore the sights and sounds of Montreal

Montreal is very accessible and we are in one of its smart options allowing for a European flavor while being close to hotspots and underground transportation enabling you to get around and be in the heart of everything.

Tell you about cool spots you can visit (probably ahead of your trip) Then provide you with my cell phone number if you need anything during your stay - and off I go!

House rules

There is no smoking, no parties, no loud music. You are not allowed to have guests visit or stay over. If this is is found to be the case you will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.

The condo is in a quiet building and we need to respect the other residents. You get to benefit from the peace and quiet and cool space!

You must be 40+ years of age to rent. Makes it just a lot easier for us as owners to trust people who are mature.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
