Large and very comfortable apartment for 2/4 people in the Plateau/Mile End , which feels like a house.

Totally renovated, maintaining the typical Style of 1900s Montreal, it is situated in the residential and most prized region of the Plateau- Mile End: the nicest and most visited neighbourhood of Montreal; walking distance from downtown with a direct bus connection to the festivals, Place des Arts and Quartier des Spectacles where the citys big festivals are held. Meters away from lively cafes and restaurants.

With charming rooms, very well furnished with a combination of modern and antique furniture, high quality mattresses, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, or a couple with children. A sofa bed can be used for a 5th person if so desired.

How do damage deposits work?

If Livia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
