Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, bed linen & towels and much more.There is lots of storage space. High-speed cable Internet WI-FI, cable TV, radio, CD DVD player, phone with unlimited calls anywhere in Canada

Location: close to Mont-Royal and St-Denis streets, park Lafontaine, coffee shops, clubs and bars, a thriving arts scene and even a city swimming pool. Walking distance to convenience and grocery stores. Two buses stop almost in front of the building and getting to the Mont-Royal metro station (subway) is a seven minute walk. Parking on the street is not a problem if you read the signs.

1. Early/Late check-in/out: If your apartment isn't booked the day before, there is no problem in checking in early. The same goes for a late check out if the apartment isn't reserved for the afternoon of your departure.

2. Airport pick-up/drop-off: Depending on your time of arrival and or departure a pick-up/drop-off can be arranged at a small fee (cheaper then a taxi - faster then public transportation)

3. Lost key: A lost key will result in a $15 fee to have it replaced

4. Animals: Unfortunately no pets allowed

5. Smoking: No smoking in the building or common areas please. If you choose to smoke outside, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground

6. Housekeeping: For extended stays, the apartment can be cleaned quickly and efficiently for a small fee.

Montréal offers many things to discover and do. Once your travel dates are confirmed it will be my pleasure to relay to you everything going on in the city during your specific dates!

Appartement entièrement meublé dans le très chic Plateau Mont-Royal.Tout est compris. Il y a tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour avoir un excellent séjour à court terme. Cuisine entièrement équipée, une laverie, linge de maison et beaucoup plus.

Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour ranger des choses.Câble haute vitesse Internet, WI-FI. TV par câble, radio, lecteur CD, téléphone avec appels illimités partout au Canada.

Lieu: près des rues Mont-Royal et St-Denis, parc Lafontaine, des caffes, clubs et bars, une scène artistique florissante et même près d’une piscine. Près des dépanneurs et épiceries. Deux bus s'arrêtent en face de l'immeuble et se rendre à la station de métro Mont-Royal prends sept minutes à pied. Stationnement sur la rue n'est pas un problème si vous lisez les signes.

1 Arriver tot / Partir tard: Si votre appartement n'est pas réservé la veille, arriver plus tot ne pose aucun problème. Pareil pour un départ tardif si l'appartement n'est pas réservé l'après-midi de votre départ.

2 Accueil depuis / vers l'aéroport: En fonction de votre heure d'arrivée ou de départ et un pick up / drop peut être organisé à un prix modique (moins cher que le taxi - plus rapide que le transport en commun)

3 Clé perdue entraînera des frais de 15$ pour le remplacement

4 Animaux: Malheureusement les animaux ne sont pas acceptés

5 Fumeurs: Il est interdit de fumer dans le bâtiment ou les espaces communs s'il vous plaît. Si vous choisissez de fumer à l'extérieur, les mégots de cigarettes ne doivent pas être jetés à terre.

6 Ménage:. Pour des séjours prolongés je peux fournir un service de nettoyage pas cher, rapide et efficace.

Enfin Montréal est une ville étonnante avec tant de choses à découvrir et à faire ... Une fois vos dates de voyage confirmés, il me fera plaisir de vous informer des activités dans la ville pendant votre séjour!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Katherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
