Cute & cosy downtown apartment near the Bell Center, Concordia University, Atwater Mall, etc. Fully equipped, clean and cozy, with a beautiful view from the 11th floor balcony, inside a very quiet and clean building with a lot of amenities.

THE SPACE:

This stylish apartment consists of a spacious kitchen with all modern conveniences, a comfy living area, a cosy double bedroom and a large balcony.

There is an airport shuttle bus that stops just a few steps from the apartment, the metro and main shopping area are just over 5 minutes' walk away. There is also a bike share stand just a block away, allowing guests to easily explore the city, reaching Old Montreal in 10 minutes.

The apartment is well-situated in a quiet are of downtown Montreal. There are no shortages of eateries, bars, and shops around with everything guests might need.

GETTING AROUND:

- Central Train Station & Metro/Subway very close by.

- Central Bus Station easily accessible by public transportation.

From AIRPORT you have 2 options:

1- Take a Taxi/Cab. It costs 40$ flat rate (which is great especially if you come during rush hour). In Canada we normally add an optional 15% tip if we are satisfied with the service (for restaurants, taxis, valets...). It takes +/-20min without traffic and the driver will bring you in front of the building.

2- Take the 747 bus. The fare of $10/person (payable at the counter inside the airport) also includes a transit pass valid for 24h on the STM bus and metro network. It takes +/-30min without traffic (+ waiting time for departure at the airport) and you must get off at the 3rd stop (GUY) in front of 1140 Guy street (it is 1 block away from my building you can use G00gleMaps to see the itinerary to my building).

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Please note that most of the time, I will not be present for your check-in.

As you might already know, while you travel, there are many factors that can influence your arrival time. Also, due to my busy schedule I don't have the flexibility to wait in case of delays or arrive earlier, if you make it before time.

For those reasons, I prefer not setting a precise arrival time, so that you don't stress out to make it here on time. You're on vacation, no rush!

The apartment has a keyless lock, so I will let you know how to enter by yourself 2 or 3 days before your arrival. At the same time I will provide many useful details about the apartment.

Guests may arrive anytime after 2:00pm and must leave before 11:00am on departure day.

However, if I am available, it will be my pleasure to be present for your arrival and welcome you to my apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrei (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
