Description

Very bright one bedroom apartment on top of a beautiful old house , very comfortable and beautifully furnished with modern, vintage and art works.

You'll feel happy in this typical Montréal's apartment : high ceilings with mouldings, hard wood floor , bright and renovated open kitchen with direct access to a nice terrace ( with a splendid view in the trees ) . The kitchen has everything for cooking , a large fridge, stove, micro wave, toaster, blenders, washer/ dryer..... The bathroom bas been completely renovated and has a nice skylight. You'll sleep like babies in the queen size bed , there is a big closet in the bedroom.also. The living rom has a big L shape sofas ( 1 person can comfortably sleep there but it's not a pull out ) and a big TV flat screen.. And as a bonus there is a small balcony at the entrance hidden in a tree where you'll drink a nice cup of wine during the warm season.

THE AREA is called ROSEMONT and is one of the most typical of Montreal , Montrealer love this quiet and secure area , over the years it has become more trendy but it's still keep it's original touch. The apt is 1 street away from the main commercial street called ''The promenade Masson '' where you can find inexpensive groceries , fruit and bakeries stores , also nice coffee shops and a mix of trendy and popular restaurants , fashionable bars....a must see and live in area! And buses bring you to the plateau and downtown within 15 to 25 minutes ! Contact me for more infos :-)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christophe (the owner) a message.

If Christophe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
