Description

Le 2662 Studio (on lower street level) is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a private outdoor terrace. It offers a large storage closet and a Queen Bed of superior comfort (Simmons, hotel quality). Bedding is provided with the rental.

For your comfort, our studio also offers you the following: a complimentary wifi network, a sofa bed, a 32 ' wall mounted TV (free access to YouTube, Netflix access through your own subscription).

The kitchen includes a table, two chairs, a mini fridge, an oven, a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, etc. Everything you need to cook your delicious meals.

The private bathroom includes towels, a bath-shower, toilet, sink, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. A washer/dryer (2 in 1) is also available in the studio.

We look forward to welcoming you in our charming city. We will be happy to inform you about the many activities offered throughout the course of the year in Montreal.

Please note that we live above the studio and that it will be our pleasure to answer your questions upon your arrival and throughout your stay.

Le Studio 2662, établissement officiellement reconnu à titre de résidence touristique, est situé à quelques pas des attraits touristiques du Parc Olympique, de la Promenade Ontario, des supermarchés, des pharmacies et du Marché Maisonneuve!

Le studio (non-fumeur) est situé sur une rue paisible, dans un quartier sécuritaire, à seulement deux minutes de la station de Metro Pie-IX (station située sous le stade Olympique). Cette station, située sur la ligne verte, vous mènera directement au centre-ville (en 15 minutes). Une station bus vous permettra aussi de vous rendre au quartier du Plateau Mont-Royal en 20 minutes. Des pistes cyclables sont accessibles.

Le Studio est situé au niveau de la rue et offre une terrasse extérieure. Il est équipé d'un placard de rangement et d'un lit Queen (marque Simmons) de qualité supérieure, acheté en 2015 (qualité hôtel). La Literie est fournie avec la location.

Pour votre plus grand confort, nous mettons aussi à votre disposition un réseau wi-fi gratuit, un canapé, un téléviseur 32'' manche télescopique (accès YouTube gratuit; accès Netflix avec votre abonnement).

La section cuisine inclut une table, deux chaises, un mini frigo, une cuisinière, un four à micro-ondes, une cafetière, un grille-pain, des couverts, assiettes, verres, poêlons, chaudrons, etc. Bref, tout ce qu'il vous faudra pour cuisiner vos bons p'tits plats.

La salle de bain privée inclut des serviettes, un bain-douche, une toilette, un lavabo, du papier hygiénique, du shampoing, du savon, un sèche-cheveux. Une laveuse-sécheuse (2 en 1) est aussi à votre disposition dans le studio.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
