Description

We have 3 apartments in this same building. This apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The other ones have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (ground floor) and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2nd floor). If this one is not available, send us a note and we'll let you know if the others are for your dates.

100 year old building fully renovation over the last 9 months (2016).

The plans you see as photos are of the 3 units we have in this same building.

The 1st floor (ground floor) has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms en-suites and an outside patio.

The 2nd and 3rd floors have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with super large balconies at the back.

The 1st and the 2nd floors can accommodate up to 13 guests and the 3rd floor can accommodate up to 14.

In total, if all 3 floors are booked, the maximum capacity is 40 people.

NOTES:

-As of 2019, if you book a trip STARTING or ENDING on a SATURDAY, you will be asked to pay an additional C$138.

-Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am.

-This property is protected by video surveillance front and back.

-Early check-in (1 pm) and late check-out (1 pm) available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at a rate of $50 + taxes extra for each. 48 hours minimum is required for reservations and permission is granted based on availability only.

-We reserve the right to ask for photo ID or other documentation for any reservation made less than 30 days before check-in in order to better protect ourselves against fraud. Thank you for your understanding.

This 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a triplex located on St-Denis St, just south of Mont-Royal Ave. It is made to comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 guests. We believe up to 14 adults is possible but not ideal. This decision will be up to the guests.

Also, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an outdoor patio make it the very best option for a large family or group.

We have all the permits necessary to rent short term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec.

We are required by law to charge the Quebec Provincial Tax, the Montreal Lodging Tax, and the Canada Federal Tax. We can provide tax numbers and company registration number upon request. We can also provide separate bills for other corporate rentals upon request.

Getting around

From the apartment, you will be able to reach Le Metro Mont-Royal within less than 5 min walk. This is one of the major subway hub in the city. Taking the subway (or as the locals call it "metro") is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets! Right in front of it is a small market, always a nice thing to check out. Taxis and Uber are easily found in Montreal. In the apartment, you will find all the info you need to order a taxi. There is a phone you can use to do so. Parking is tricky everywhere in the city. We recommend you use one of the long term parking lots. Prices between $13 and $20 per night.

Interaction with guest

We try to give our guests as much space as possible. We regret that we can not always meet all of our guests, but we are always only just a text, phone call or email away. We always try to respond to our guests very quickly. Once you book with us, we will give you both our cell phone numbers and e-mails.

There is a parking lot located behind our building and the fees right now are only $12 per day with in and out privileges. We recommend our guests use this lot to avoid tickets and we provide all the necessary information about it in a document we send ahead of time of your stay. The apartment can indeed easily accommodate 6 people on real beds (at 1 person per bed), but there are also 2 sofa-beds so 8 people can also be very comfortable. We can go up to 14 people if all "beds" are at maximum capacity.

How do damage deposits work?
