Park of nature and cycle path. .near of all the services also. Bank, Pharmacies, garage, stores.

Theres also plenty of restaurants around this area as well as a full sized supermarket in the neighborhood incase you need anything extra.

Next to the highway and train. Under 30 min to the downtown. Perfect for the couples, the business travelers and the families (with children).

This house, with security system is also available for a rental: days/weeks. This is offering everything you need: a huge open living room/kitchen/dining space on the first floor, a shower stall and a nice patio/bbq area in the back. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms with an oversized bathroom. Parking will never be an issue here- the house has a driveway to park 2-3 cars and the drive to the city is under 30 minutes. . Perfect for couples, and (families with kids). There is also a workspace (office) for the business travelers… (Internet, WiFi, Printer, Scan, Photocopier). A gym for those who want to keep the form during their stay. HD tv Android box with Netflix and other applications.

I'm going to give you keys when you come in for check in and pick the keys for check out. A passe word for the security system will be provided to you when you got here. Guests have access to all the house and the terrace, fridge, oven, rice cooker, crock pot; it is as if which you were in your house. Please be honest with numbers of person when you book.

Train de banlieue, proche de l'autoroute...à moins de 30 min du centre-ville de Montréal. Terrasse à l’arrière de la maison. Possibilité d’accès à la piscine et au BBQ.. Parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Cette maison, avec système de sécurité, est aussi disponible pour une location: jours/semaines. Vous avez tout ce que vous avez besoin : un énorme espace ouvert de salon/cuisine/de salle à dîner sur le premier étage, une salle de douche et un coin de patio/BBQ à l’arrière de la maison. A l’étage, il y a 3 chambres à coucher avec une salle de bains surdimensionnée. Le stationnement ne sera jamais un problème, la maison a une allée pour garer 2 ou 3 voitures. Parfait pour les couples , Famille avec enfants. Il y a aussi un espace de travail(bureau) pour les voyageurs d’affaires...(Internet, WiFi, Imprimante, Scanner, Photocopieur). une salle de gym pour ceux qui veulent garder la forme durant leur séjour.

Les clés vous seront remises à main propre par les propriétaires pour l'arrivée ainsi que pour le départ. Un mot passe pour le système d'alarme vous sera fourni lors de votre arrivé. Mon but est que vous appréciez votre séjour et que vous soyez satisfait. Les invités ont accès à toute la maison, à la terrasse et une belle cours gazonnée privée pour vous détendre et vous amuser, frigo, four, cuiseur de riz, crock pot; c'est comme si que vous étiez dans votre maison. Soyez honnête avec le nombre de personne que vous mentionnez lorsque vous réservez.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
