Description

One bedroom apartment with private entrance and easy on street parking. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room and a cot for that one extra person. We envision families, couples or singles using the apartment.

We have internet and TV that has the Netflix App included. There is a fridge, stove and microwave and all the utensils you need for cooking. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for your use.

Grocery shopping, stores, restaurants, liquor store, cinema and pharmacy are a five minute walk from the apartment, more amenities are 5 minutes away by car.

The covered bus stop is a two minute walk and it is a 10 minute bus ride to the metro then 15 more to downtown. The apartment is close to downtown and the airport and convenient to major highways and the west island.

There is a bike path across from the apartment that connects to the extensive Montreal bike network and beautiful parc Angrignon close by. The lachine rapids and kilometers of linear park along the river are a 15 minute walk away.

Getting around

Downtown is 15 to 20 minutes by car. Better yet the bus stop is minutes from the door with a 10 minute trip to the metro then 15 minutes more by metro downtown. We are close to Highways 13, 20 and 15 with access to all attractions. It is 15 - 20 minute drives to downtown, the west island and the airport.

We will meet you at check in and check out. Otherwise we give you your space. We live close by and are available if you have questions.

House rules

Please no parties or loud noise, it is a quiet residential building.
The yard and driveway belong to my neighbours so please the back door is an emergency exit only and please don't park in the driveway. There is plenty of parking available on the street.

“Very clean, quiet and comfortable home.”

John and Isela were amazing hosts. They're friendly, kind, and willing to offer advice to help you enjoy your time in Montreal. They keep the apartment extremely clean and it had everything i needed for the week I spent there. Parc Agrignon nearby is BEAUTIFUL, you can relax by the lake or walk through the woods on the trails. I would definitely recommend this place!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John and Isela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
