This privately owned villa is ideally located within a quiet residential area with 9 other properties, close to the coastal town of Moraira and the stunning El Portet beach. Being only a 5 min stroll away from local bars, restaurants, and supermarket, makes this property a perfect choice for a holiday.
Inside the bungalow, there are 2 well sized bedrooms, lounge/diner complete with sofa-bed, kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The property also benefits from Air conditioning, Wood Burning Stove (radiators bathroom/Kitchen), washing machine, iron,hair drier, TV with Satellite including BBC1 -2 ,ITV etc, DVD player (with a large selection of DVDs), XBOX 360 (with a selection of games), Free Wi-fi, Ipod/pad docking system, microwave, kettle, toaster, hair-dryer and a selection of complimentary toiletries.
There is off road parking located at the front of the property and at the rear, there is a peaceful residential pool with gardens. Attached to the property, there are garden and terrace areas, ideal for sunbathing & a barbecues with ample sunbeds and seating, and a naya (enclosed terrace) with table and chairs, perfect for sipping a glass of wine and alfresco dining.

“A cosy and comfortabe casa in a perfect location.”
We have just returned home after five lovely weeks.Thoroughly recommend a stay here. Perfect for a long stay. Close to supermarket for large shop on arrival.Within walking distance of El Portet beach and Moraira.If you hire a car you will be able to travel into mountain villages and surrounding resorts easily.Lovely covered terrace area to relax and enjoy mountain views and susets. A lovely peaceful and unspoilt area on the Costa Blanca.

“Great private outdoor space with panoramic views and the use of a pool.”
We had a great stay in this bungalow. We were very well catered for by the owners which included good quality outdoor furniture to use. The view was spectacular and we had practically the sole use of the pool. The area was well worth visiting and we would have liked to stay longer to explore more of the beaches in the area.

“Peaceful and beautiful surroundings”
Chris and Barrie the owners were excellent with their service and there was everything you would need in the bungalow for a holiday. El Portet was our ideal place for lunch sitting overlooking the beach with a jug of sangria. The surrounding areas were all good with easy access. Supermarkets were just down the road and if you are fit you could walk. Great walking down but a little hilly for older people walking back. We loved that it was so peaceful just sitting outside of an evening enjoying a glass of wine and relaxing. Apart from the mosquitoes their was nothing we disliked about it and we could cope with them. Enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

“A lovely realxing holiday... thank you!”
This was our second stay here and we were delighted to find it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The bungalow was immaculate and very comfortable with everything we could want. The pool was fabulous, the children made some lovely friends and had a great time. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the naya in the evenings and having a bbq or walking down into Moraria town for dinner. This is our fourth visit to Moraira and we are still finding new bars and restaurants - we love the atmosphere in town in the evenings and walking along the harbour. We are already looking forward to our holiday here next year! Thank you Chris and Barrie.

“Wonderful bungalow in a great location”
Spent a wonderful week here at this lovely bungalow with partner & friends. There is everthing and more that anyone needs to make your stay perfect from comfy beds, lovely bath linen, secluded sun terrace .... the list is endless. Its in a great location, within walking distance to beaches, bars & restaurants, supermarket, and I would recommend Casa de Paz without hesitation to anyone visiting Moraira.

“A Spanish Idyll”
> > I can't fault this holiday - i went with my young son who loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean and well-presented and full of nice touches such as books and games - there was even a dock for my ipod! My little boy loved the swimming pool when he was not at the nearby beach (next to which, incidentally, is a cafe that sells the best cafe con leche in Spain). Even the multi-level communal garden was full of adventure, providing a safe playground for my son and allowing me to relax on the veranda. Moraira itself is lovely little town with nice shops and restaurants, and plenty to entertain my little boy. I'm a little loathe to recommend Casa de Paz, but only as i feel like its my own special place and i really don't want to share it with anyone!

“Beautiful, superbly equipped house in lovely quiet location”
A wonderful house and garden in lovely quiet location, 10 minutes walk from sea, with shops and restaurants within the same distance. A sunny garden, barbecue and swimming pool. The best equipped holiday home I've ever stayed in : all modern conveniences: wi-fi, DVD's, videos, books, etc. The owners have gone to extreme lengths to make this house comfortable, relaxing and spotless.

“Beatiful - home from home”
This is the first time we have been abroad with our son, and it was an absolute dream. The bungalow was ready when we arrived, was spotless and had everything we needed (even GHDs!). We spent most evenings out on the terrace having a bbq, which was lovely and relaxing. The terrace gets the sun all day, which is perfect if you fancy a lazy day sunbathing in your own surroundings. Although the pool is communal, it felt as if it was your own private pool, one, because it is about 30 seconds away from the terrace, and two, because no one was ever in it except us! Perfect! The complimentary bottle of wine and the toiletries in the bathroom were lovely touches which made it feel like home from home. Moraira itself is such a pretty place, and the people were very friendly. Although there were many english people, it hasn't lost its spanish charm, and is the polar opposite to Benidorm down the road! I can't recommend Moraira enough, and the bungalow is an ideal base to explore it. We would definitely love to go back.
