After a day on the slopes, retreat to our cozy living area and warm your toes by the fireplace. If you’re visiting us in the summer, explore the beautiful hiking trails that wind across the mountain and climb to scenic vistas. Our cozy suite has many amenities we think you’ll love, including:

Your next ski vacation starts with a stay in our lovely suite at the foot of Mount Washington. As our guest, you’ll enjoy slopeside access to the mountain’s pristine powder. When you’re not skiing, relax your aching muscles in the shared indoor hot tub, or step out onto the balcony and split a bottle of wine with friends. Those joining us in the summer will have access to a variety of challenging hiking and mountain biking trails.

Our cozy suite has 2 BEDROOMS, each with a Queen bed. A Double sofabed in the living room accommodates additional guests.

Prepare for a day on the slopes in either of the 1.5 BATHROOMS. The master bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, and vanity. We provide you with towels and a hairdryer.

After skiing or hiking, retreat to our rustic LIVING AREA. If you’re cold, you can warm your frozen toes by the gas fireplace. Relax on the sofa and turn on the TV or watch your favourite DVD. Connect with friends and family back home and tell them about your amazing ski vacation by using the FREE Wi-Fi. If it’s not too cold, we’d recommend stepping out onto the balcony and sharing a beverage with friends.

Your outdoor adventures are sure to work up an appetite! Craft a gourmet meal in our KITCHEN, which has a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, and a toaster. If you need some coffee before snowboarding, we’ve got you covered with our in-suite coffeemaker. Enjoy all of your meals at the dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you’re sure to love when you stay at Mount Washington Alpine Resort, where our property is conveniently located. These include on-site bike storage, on-site ski storage, access to a washer and dryer, and slopeside access.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation. Please note that when you arrive you will be asked for a damage deposit and there is an extra occupancy fee for every occupant after the first 4.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

After an early-morning run, stop by Ted’s Bar and Grill for a bite of typical pub food to help you refuel. If you’re up for a bit of a drive, Atlas Café in Courtenay is a good place to go to for a variety of dishes. Common Ground Café serves some of the best food in the region – their pie is particularly noteworthy. The Edible Island Whole Foods Market, on 6th street and Fitzgerald Ave, has a variety of groceries available, should you need them.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
