The Villa is a combination of rustic and modern style with exceptional comfort, spacious terraces and unforgettable atmosphere. This comfortable villa capacity is for up to 16 people. It is located in the centre of the village Ugljan, 11 km away from ferry port Preko and connections with major city Zadar with an ideal location in a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the beach and 5 min. walk from the shopping area and the port of Ugljan, close to shops, restaurants and services.

The villa was built in the year 16th century as a castle and is furnished in 2013 with new and rustic furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 1.400 m2, the Villa offers its guests a 26 m2 large swimming pool with a well-maintained garden with fruit trees and barbeque, terrace with garden furniture and own parking spaces for 5 cars. The owner of the house lives on the property, separate parts of the house, away from the guest’s facilities.

On the ground floor, there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, fireplace, satellite TV and exit to the terrace, three two people bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioner, satellite TV, bath/toilet with shower and exit to the swimming pool.

At the first floor of the house, there are two separated apartments, each with two fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, two double bedrooms, air-conditioner, shower/toilet and satellite TV and two terraces.

On the second floor of the house is an apartment for two people with full kitchen, double bed, shower/toilette, satellite TV, air-conditioner and balcony.

The house is ideal for families with children or for a group of people as the house is very spacious. The location of the house is ideal for relaxing holidays as it is in a residential area just 5 minutes from the town centre and the beach famous for its crystal clear water. In the area, you can enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, sailing and a few kilometres away visit museums, different beaches and above all enjoy the local cuisine.

Getting around

Island Ugljan is one of the most picturesque islands in the Zadar archipelago. It lies opposite to Zadar from which it is divided by only the few NM of the Zadar Channel. The island is connected to mainland with good ferry services. The Pleasant ferry ride takes 20 minutes. Thanks to its coves, surrounding islands and a rich maritime underworld it is a real challenge for diving and fishing. The wavy high plains of the inland are covered with around for fifty kilometers of trekking and biking trails, leaving an unforgettable picture of colors, odors and panorama to all passers-by. Most of the inhabitants of the island, around 7,500. Tourist localities extend along the eastern side of the island

Please keep in mind other guests and neighbours may want to rest therefore please avoid making noise after 23.00 hours. Guests shall refrain from using electronic devices (TV, radio, etc.) at a volume which will disturb others.
SWIMMING POOL
Swimwear must be worn at all times and must take a shower before they enter the pool. Children who do not yet have a swimming certificate must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
