We provide a Luxury apartment for your comfort, It is a very family oriented, safe & secure building on a private road, The flat is situated on the 9th floor with two modern lifts. It has an exquisite city and airport view. It is inclusive with all Modern Facilities, 24 / 7 Security/Reception Desk with CCTV, and intercom. 24/7 hot & cold water. Amenities for Guests to enjoy include Swimming Pool, Jogging Track, Gym, Clubhouse, Landscape Garden and a beautiful Play Area for the children (gym & swimming pool are allowed to be used by the guest who is staying for a minimum of 3 weeks).

Our flat is Fully and Beautifully Furnished to a Very High Standard, with a combination of both east and west culture incorporating Beautifully Handmade Maharaja Style Furniture, It has AC in Both Bedrooms, Fans in All Rooms, a 40" LCD TV with 400 channels, Cinema Sound DVD and telephone + free local calls with two cordless phones and also PC for personal use with laser printer/scanner, free wifi.

It also includes a Fully Modern European Equipped Kitchen with the latest appliances - Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Cookery Utensils, Washing Machine and also an Iron with Ironing Board. Also, not to forget two stunning European Styled Shower Rooms with WC, One Ensuite in the Master Bedroom

Health & safety; we provide; first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm.

From Andheri, its easy and convenient to travel to key areas such as popular waterfront destinations at Marine Drive, where visitors go to watch the sunset over the Arabian Sea or you can watch daily carnivals at Juhu Beach, Chowapthy Beach, well known for its stall for Bell-Puri & Pani-Puri, also other beautiful beaches you can visit are Versova, Sea Rock Beach etc, if you want to catch the film shooting then visit many of the Film Studios in Mumbai. Have a stroll at Bandra, Santa Cruz, Vile Parle, Powai, Gate OF India, Hanging Gardens and also there are many other great Tourist and Historical Places to visit in Mumbai.

How do damage deposits work?

If Seema (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
