Description

The Sunnehuset located in the village Munkerud adjacent to Munkfors, a village with many amenities and there are many activities in the summer. The Sunnehuset is a 10-minute walk from the woods with beautiful hiking trails. Around Munkfors you will find more than eight marked trails. Munkfors is located on the River Klarälv, where you can swim, sail canoe or raft. The Klarälvbanan by Munkfors running. The Klarälvbanan is 3 m. Wide and 90 km. Long paved bike path on the route of the old railway runs from Karlstad to Hagfors (no big hills so !!) Around Munkfors can be found within a short driving distance to many sites and attractions that are worth visiting. On all these facts, you will find information on our extensive information folder in our home. We rent our house only in the months of July and August, however, there are no rents filled in for the remaining periods.

The Sunnehuset has facilities for final cleaning, linen and a towel service. Cleaning after your stay can be booked. The cost is 55 euros per stay. Bedding: One set of bed linen can also book optional. A bed linen set consists of: a first-person duvet, a pillow case and a bottom fitted sheet. A linen set costs 12 euros per person / per stay. Towels: A badhandoekenset can also book optional. A towel set includes 2 towels and a washcloth. A towel 8 euros per set / per stay. The costs can be transferred to our private account after payment of the total booking amount TriAdvisor

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
