We are located in Mur de Bretagne in central Brittany, a small town of 2500 inhabitants located equidistant from the coasts of pink granite and the Gulf of Morbihan, the ideal place to discover all Brittany. totally independent cottage located in Mur de Bretagne, Brittany center, next to the Greenway (hiking trail). It has a large outdoor area fenced natural hedges and equipped lawns. This cottage is a haven of peace located 500m from the village center and shops which you can easily walk by road or the Greenway, which passes near the house, or car. Housing is a former workshop / artist gallery of 40 m2 ground floor - fully restored and converted into a spacious house in local stone. south, southwest, very quiet, unobstructed view of the countryside. ideal for a good healing. Housing in very good condition recently restored with exposed stone, consists of one large room, sleeping area and party room separated by a screen. Equipment: 2 beds in 90 cm 180 cm modular seating area with sofa bed and TV. Mini chain. Kitchenette (oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary dishes. Storage. Iron and ironing board. Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, WC separate wifi. - terrace. - table tennis terrace with direct access to garden with housing and a large lawn area with barbecue You access to housing by car to the door and secure courtyard Free Parking Pets not allowed.. . We live on site and are at your disposal. enjoy the quiet, open views of the countryside. you can access all the shops on foot if you wish or any other means at your convenience and at Lake Guerlédan , 2 km to the nearest part of Mur de Bretagne. the lake stretches over 14 km and is bordered by the green Lane. You can move freely on the green Lane (which runs behind the house) walk or cycling. Ac tivities water lake (swimming, sailing, kayaking, water skiing, fishing ... and hiking in the countryside or in the forest, mushroom picking in Quenecan Forest ... and numerous hiking trails. You are also 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, built for hiking or cycling Mur de Bretagne is a quiet town with all necessary shops, supermarket, banks, post office, restaurants including a gourmet restaurant, bars, center medical .... starting point for many walks and discoveries Heritage Abbey Bon Repos gorge Daoulas and Poulancre, moors of Liscuis, chapels, fountains, wash houses ... Car needed to visit the region. Nearest Airport: Rennes at 100 km Train station closest Saint Brieuc 45 Km route to Britain and Wall in buses or cars in the station of St Brieuc.
