Air New Zealand Cook Islands Tourism Award Winner for the Best Private Holiday Rental and Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

Eco-friendly naturally treated red cedar 2 story holiday apartment on the beach with exceptional panoramic views.

The Master bedroom has a million dollar view over the island and the lagoon, as well as the rest of the house. Garden double bedroom balcony is over the yard with oranges, limes and lemon trees, papaya, fig trees, bananas, star fruit, rosemary, oregano, grapes and more from our organic back yard.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen has been designed to enjoy cooking. It has double filtered drinkable water tap and all of home details to compliment your stay.

You can get the sea's wonders straight on, paddling the Vaka -wooden traditional canoe- to the sandy beaches of the lonely islands hundred meters just in front.

In the Garden room a king split bed that can be adapted to your needs: 2 beds for 2 kids or 1 bed for a couple. We can add an air blowing queen size bed in the living room for a 5th person if necessary.

Getting around

Easy, everything is close. Minutes walking to Muri area with lots of restaurants and services, 15 minutes to town, 20 minutes to the airport... Bikes, cars, bicycles, taxis and bus available.

Interaction with guest

As private as you wish. Away from the road (safe for the little ones), private access and parking at the door. 3 Minutes away from busy Muri Village where all the activities and services are available. Guests home is at the first floor and has a second level to better enjoy the views! We have a cat Mixi and a dog Cuttie. There is a cococrab at the beach garden and a turtle that we feed with tuna heads. Owners live on ground floor. Privacy and separate access for both.

“Kaireva Beach House A+++”

We are very pleased to be able to write the first review for Kaireva Beach House as we had the privilege of being their first guests. The accommodation is utterly stunning. The owners have spent two years building the house which has just been completed and the amount of effort put into it's creation shows. There is a big emphasis on the use of native timber used inside and out, and this helps in setting this accommodation apart from the others. We got that home away from home feel. The view from the top bedroom, deck, kitchen and lounge is breathtaking offering unobstructed views of the beautiful lagoon. There is plenty of room to relax outside in the hammocks or on a lounger. The pool is on the smaller side, but as the house is only equipped for two couples, its size is more than ample for all to fit for a refreshing dip. The beachfront is mere meters away from the front doorstep. There is snorkeling gear available. The house is fully equipped for all your needs with a gas oven & cook tops, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, but no microwave, and Susanna will do your washing at a cost. Susanna and Rob live on the bottom floor, they leave you to enjoy your stay but are there for anything you require or a friendly chat. Words cannot describe how accommodating they both are and we would not hesitate is going back there on our next visit. We were travelling with our 7 month old son and Susanna set up a beautiful bed for him at no extra cost in our bedroom and went above and beyond for us ensuring we had a relaxing stay. It is a 2 minute drive from the famous Mooring Fish Cafe and about a 5 minute drive to Muri Beach, great location. Thanks Susanna and Rob for an unforgettable stay, see you next time!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
