Description

On Lake Muskoka, Meticulous Four Season, Entertainer’s Heaven, 2800 sq. foot true Post & Beam home that is entirely custom. The finest craftsmanship has gone into both the architecture and the design. Open concept and very light and airy decor with Canadian themes throughout. Long and sweeping views of Lake Muskoka are entirely unobstructed. One of the largest private deep water crafted docks in Muskoka with over 200 foot in length beautifully sculpted out of the ancient Pre-Cambrian shield landscape with 2 port boathouse and Cabana. Dock has sunrise and sunset exposures. Backing on to a protected 300 acre Heritage Trust Nature Reserve with beautiful marked nature trails around the island to a picnic area overlooking south Muskoka. (Deer constant visitors eating the flowers)

Large and Open Concept home with great flow that makes it a unique resort. A gorgeous entertainer’s chef kitchen with several built-ins and a seated island with dishwasher. There is a large living room with fireplace with wrap around panoramic windows overlooking Lake Muskoka. Walkout to upper 1,200 sq. foot wrap around deck (all day sun) with gas BBQ and patio furniture for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit for sunset campfires and marshmallow roasts. The panoramic elevated view of Lake Muskoka is magnificently tranquil for evening dinners. Wake up in the large elevated Master bedroom/ en-suite with wrap-around windows offering an invigorating scenic view of Lake Muskoka. In the winter, warm up in the large indoor cedar sauna.

Large plasma screen TV w/surround sound in the living room. IPTV, WIFI. Separate family room off the kitchen with big comfy couches and drafting table for quiet reflection over looking the interior of the island.

4 Bedrooms plus loft sleeps 10.

Second floor Master bedroom has wrap-around windows offering a scenic view of Lake Muskoka and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom # 2 has queen bed,

bedroom # 3 has bunk-beds with a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.

Bedroom #4 has a double bed,

and the loft – accessible via wooden ladder - has a double bed.

Full bathroom on the main floor has a shower with bathtub.

Lower floor walk-out boosts a cedar-lined sauna plus washer and dryer and 2 piece powder room.

The cottage has a 1,200 foot wrap around deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit for sunset

campfires and marshmallow roasts.

There is 345' private shore line with 200’ dock and 2-slip boat port and lift, a waterside cabana, two Kayaks and ample water toys like water noodles and an inflatable raft.

Located on Eileen Gowan Island,

(just a 5 minute boat ride to the Indianhead Harbour (Town of Bracebridge). We include one To & From boat transfer to the island (Must be one arranged time)

Option to purchase all inclusive package which includes 21 ft. 2017 Bowrider Power Boat with a covered boat slip at Marina (additional $450/day or $2,400/week.) Must have valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card & Drivers License.
