Description

Lot 20 has 1,7 acres or 6.899 qm and over 200 feet or 63 m of waterfront on Ostrea Lake, which is connected to the open Ocean. The two lakes are more than five km long. You find clams, mussels, sea trout and even oysters. You hear and see and smell the ocean and the waves. You have deeded access to the ocean with 1/2 km of nice sandy beach. You will be accompanied by white head eagle, otter and dear. It is a perfect vacation or retirement spot.

Therefore it is planned to erect a former mobile home on the site.

To avoid the old style mobile home character, it will be sided with real wood log house profile or vinyl siding.

The size is 720 squarefeet or more than 70 sqm with open kitchen plus a large livingroom with lots of windows and a french door to one gable end. Therefore this room is very bright and friendly with hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles. The livingroom has a French door ( sliding door) to the west, which access to a possible deck with view to the lake and the ocean with marvelous sunsets.

​The bathroom contains a washer dryer combination, the hot water tank ( electric) plus a whirlpool.

The home is heated by an only 5 year old oil furnace ( hot air), but it has also an additional woodstove on the other end of the building.

The next room is a smaller, closed sleeping room .

The Master bedroom was created out of two smaller rooms ( which could be reconstructed to make three small bedrooms again, if necessary.) It got an additional door to the driveway.The main entrance will be to the north, so that all bedroom windows will be to the south.

Hardwood flooring in the hallway and in both bedrooms.

The cottage is a full year home, fully insulated and on a year round plowed and maintained road. It is a project, which can be realized in one month to six weeks. So you still can enjoy this summer.

The price is $119. 500 plus applicable taxes, ( 15% only on portion of land sale) for the land, the cottage, the new installed septic system and the well, the hookup to Nova Scotia power, the driveway and the furniture. The price is negotiable depending the conditions which are made.​

How do damage deposits work?
