The apartment has location, location, location, with its own stairway leading to a large private sunny balcony. Situated next to the resorts Health Club & Spa with treatments available, as well as a fully equipped fitness centre. It is in an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The spacious top floor apartment has air conditioning for the hottest of days and is situated in a central location within the award winning resort of Delta Sharm.

A short stroll will take you to any of the swimming pools which include free sunbeds, parasols, towels, water slides and jacuzzis.

For those who prefer to relax by the beach you can make use of Delta Sharms beach in Naama bay for a small additional charge. Get there by shuttle bus from the resort for topping up the tan or snorkelling in the clear waters with the local marine life.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a stress free self catering break. The cable TV has 62 channels including movies, sport and much more, DVD, MP3 music dock and playstation. The kitchen has a washing machine, gas cooker, toaster, kettle and large free standing fridge freezer. The large bathroom has a shower cubicle and is tiled throughout. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and a single bed, making it suitable for both couples or friends travelling together. The apartment also has a sofa bed in the lounge for occasional use or for families with children.

The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs to allow you to relax after your day by the pool or beach.

* Trips and excursions can be booked through an excursion agent in the resort to save time, money and hassle.

* We welcome all nationalities to our apartment including single travelers, people with Egyptian partners, small families and friends

* If your circumstances change, where possible we will move your booking to other available dates without charge. (except Christmas, new year and Easter)

The apartment is light and airey and is larger than all the other one bed apartments in the Delta Sharm holiday village.

Furniture for 4 people is provided on the balcony.
Surrounding the apartment is extensive landscaped gardens with fountains, wooden bridges, gazebos and some playgrounds. Observation towers provide everyone with the best views of the surrounding Sinai mountains, Red Sea & nearby Tiran island. There are many swimming pools within the Delta Sharm complex. There are 6 fabulous swimming pools very close to the apartment.
The resort provides 24 hours security and has its own medical centre on site. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool for the cooler months although this is very rarely needed in Egypt.

Shopping that includes supermarkets with a new in 2015 Carrefour just opposite the resort, pharmacies, banks with ATM's, hairdressers, travel organisers for booking trips and cyber cafes. Wifi is available throughout the resort for a small fee of $10 for the week. More shops and facilities are available in Naama Bay or Old Sharm which are just a couple of minutes away by taxi or you can take the mini buses to these for just a couple of Egyptian pounds per person which is about 20 pence sterling.

“Brilliant apartment - would definitely return”

The holiday apartment is in a prime location on a beautifully maintained complex, an ideal distance from the busy resort of Naama Bay - easily reached by a short taxi ride. It was clean and convenient and had everything we needed and more. Glynis, the local agent in Egypt, was really helpful and friendly and outlined all the essential knowledge for a pleasant stay. Both my friend and I said that the apartment is excellent value for money, and that we would undoubtedly come back in the future. Thank you Adrian and Ruth!

Apartment was perfect in every way. Very good location - quiet but near to all amenities. Nicely decorated and furnished. Very clean and well maintained. Equipped to suit your every need. Great to have the flexibility to match with departure time. Would be happy to book again. Coming back in October but dates already booked so disappointed about that. Hopefully will be able to book at another time. I have stayed in several different apartments in this resort and this is definitely the best yet.

loved the apartment, has everything you need, very clean, fully equipped, great location. the large sunny balcony and being on the first floor was a huge plus for us. We have been staying at delta resort twice a year, for the last six years and I would say Adrian and Ruth's apartment is the best apartment, so far on the complex. I would be very happy to rent this apartment in the future, if it isnt already fullybooked.

the apartment is european standard. is very clean and spacious. has everything you could possibly need for example washing machine, hairdryer, linen, towels, iron and board even a games consul and dvd player for the kids . its a minutes walk from main pool and another pool but if you dont want to go to the pool then the apartment has a very large balcony that you can sunbathe on or have meals and drinks like we did. we will definately rent this apartment again and would recommend it to all my friends. if i had to give a negative it would be that the bed was bit hard for me but thats only cause i like soft mattresses and im pregnant so couldnt get comfortable but my partner seemed to sleep lots haha

How do damage deposits work?
