BALCONY SUITE: Beautiful two-bedroom first-floor suite (100 m2) with a wonderful balcony and pool and sea view

The first floor BALCONY SUITE includes:

* A beautiful living room with integrated brand new kitchen

* Balcony with pool and sea view

* 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), each with ensuite designer bathrooms.

* Satellite flat-screen TV and WIFI (3.5 GB free per week)

* Weekly housekeeping service (available daily on request for an extra fee)

* Free access to the beautiful 450 meter long sandy private hotel beach (just a short walk through the hotel resort)

* Free access to the hotel swimming pool directly in front of our villa and the Aqua Park

Maximum capacity 4–5 guests.

Our beautiful common roof terrace (130 m2) with a marvellous sea and mountain view is the perfect place for all of our guests to enjoy the sun during the day and the stars at night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
