Owned and managed by long-term residents, this apartment feels like a home and offers some of the best facilities in Sharm. Welcome to being spoiled! :)

The apartment is located in an exclusive quiet compound, on the ground floor and with a well hedged 60 sqm garden for your private use only. The nearest pool is 20 m from the garden entrance. The patrons enjoy free use of our fabulous sandy beach - an easy walk down to the 5* Laguna Vista Resort, and discounts on the hotel's services. A 6 km long beautiful beach promenade is perfect for walking, jogging, rollerblading. Mini atv-s, bicycles and other riding gear are rented for kids and adults, but bring your own blades.

All essential goods, services and entertainment are available within an easy 400 m walk by the main street - groceries, beverages, dining and partying options (Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Chinese, Indian, Egyptian and sushi restaurants, several pubs), a small but well supplied souq for the souvenirs and gift shopping (El Khan), ATMs and bank offices. Our guests often stay for long vacations, 1-2 months, because they find it so comfortable.

Taxis and service cars pass right by the compound gate or down by the main street.

The apartment has a comfortable layout, so you can enjoy your meals on the terrace or in the garden right outside the living room, and there is a full kitchen, equipped with a washer, a fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, toaster, electrical kettle, espresso-cappuccino machine, and the essentials for serving a beautiful or even romantic meal.

The bathroom consists of a toilet and a walk-in shower room, separated from the toilet by a glass door. Both have a window. An iron and ironing board, a hair dryer are provided. The apartment has air conditioning, but for maximum convenience there are also ceiling fans. You can make use of them for a faster or more efficient cooling, or if instead of the a/c-d environment you prefer to keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh air from the sea and the mountains.

The top-of-the-market pocket coil mattress in the bedroom, as also the rest of the bedding and linens, have been chosen and are cared for with your maximum sleeping comfort in mind, and most materials are natural like cotton, linen, wool or down.

Extra bedding for 2 more guests is provided in way of a sofa that opens into 2 futons 90x200cm, that can be used separately or side by side (180x200cm).

For the entertainment, when after a day in the sun you feel too tired to go out, or otherwise, there is an ample TV with wireless connection, that has the usual selection of Arab and international sky channels, but you can also browse your favourite web sites, or compare the weather back at home, or stream content from your palm device, like for example view on the big screen the photos that you took during the day, etc etc.

A WiFi modem and a local phone card are provided, so you can enjoy telephoned services (for example, order food or beverages to be delivered to the door) and stay connected with your loved ones over Internet, and share.

For guests with restricted mobility: The apartment has 2 steps down from the terrace to the garden, and 4-5 steps from the garden to the pool level and the communal lawn. The main entrance into the building and to the apartment, however, is completely level, and there are no steps between the living room and the terrace, or around the pool area. The shower cubicle has a narrow door, though, so unfortunately wheelchairs cannot get in there.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
