Two bedroomed top floor apartment on a small private complex in Nabq Bay area of Sharm El Sheikh. 700 metres from the sea and with amazing views to the straights of Tiran and mountains of the Sinai desert from the roof terrace. In an up and coming area away from the hustle and bustle of Na ama Bay yet close enough to all amenities.
Complex has been featured on Real Estate TV ' The next big thing ' and was winner of the CNBC best new development in Egypt. Our actual apartment has also been featured in a full page story in the well known "Place In The Sun" magazine .
Our apartment and the self catering option is perfect for anyone who wants to escape from the boredom and repetition of a holiday in an all inclusive hotel. Stay with us and enjoy the freedom to experience all that Sharm has to offer. Eat somewhere different every night or chose to stay home and enjoy a relaxing meal on the balcony. You decide! Especially suitable for families or groups of friends as the extra space and facilities of the 2 bedroomed apartment mean you have so much more versatility than an impersonal hotel room.
Fantastic for divers as we have stunning coral reefs to expore right on our doorstep.
We are also only a short drive away from the best beaches in the area for Kite Surfing.
English speaking staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have and arrange trips for you from the on site office. Alternatively barter for any trips with the companies down town.
There is a small shop on site which sells basics such as bread ,water,eggs and soft drinks.The main supermarket is a short drive away and will deliver.
Welcome packs can be arranged for your arrival consisting of 12 bottles of water,toilet rolls,tea,sugar,milk,coffee,butter,fruit juice,bread,rolls and eggs

Dont worry if you are new to Sharm or just new to self catering ,we provide all the information you need prior to your holiday in a guide to Sharm which we have put together and update after every trip we take ourselves . This has recommendations as to bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. There is also an information folder in the apartment with everything you need to know for a relaxing trip :)

Apartment has 2 bedrooms which includes the main double bedroom with king size bed ,large fitted wardrobe,ceiling fan and double patio doors which lead onto the large balcony with pool view.
Second bedroom has twin beds,fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, large window and both rooms have contemporary décor.
Both Bedrooms have individual remote controlled air conditioning units.
Well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer ,electric hob and oven plus a microwave. Choice of locations to eat with a breakfast bar and 4 stools in the kitchen or table and chairs on the balcony.
Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
Living room with new L shaped sofa ,double patio doors and picture window leading onto the balcony and pool views.
Flat screen TV with DVD player and access to numerous satellite channels.Large air conditioning unit in the main room with a portable pedestal fan for your convenience. Also portable stereo CD/MP3 player and selection of CDs or just fetch your own to listen while you chill out in these fabulous surroundings.
i POD docking station and a PS2 games console plus assorted games now also available to keep everyone entertained.
Balcony has table and four chairs plus wicker furniture consisting of settee, 2 armchairs and table. We have also had some Bedouin cushions made to use where you wish for relaxing on an evening.
Roof terrace is a perfect spot to watch the sun set over the mountains,giving spectacular views to the sea and Tiran island.We have provided some great zebra print deckchairs to take up here with you so you relax and take in the scenery in style.
The apartment is well equipped with ample towels and bedding provided, even your beach towels are included. We have also included such home comforts as iron and ironing board,hair dryer ,george foreman grill,full length mirror and we have decorated the apartment with those finishing touches such as lamps, cushions,side tables,candles,incense burners and art work ,all designed to make your stay in our apartment an experience you will want to repeat.
There are a selection of books and DVDs available in the apartment.
We also now have a safe to store your valuables without having to use the safety deposit boxes in the office.
Comfortably sleeps 4 and further guests can be accommodated on the bed settee in the living room. The bed settee is designed to sleep 2 adults. Cots are available to hire at a cost of 100LE per week.
For your convenience there is even a mobile phone on the Egyptian network which is not only handy for ordering take-away's and taxis, but makes it so much cheaper to phone home, you simply need to top it up. There is a wifi unit in the apartment, just top up the dongle with the amount of data you want.

Stunning, carefully tended gardens with stone summerhouses that have tables and chairs inside if you need to escape from the hot egyptian sun.

Public beach at Sharks Bay is only 15 minutes drive away, There you will find sunbeds and bedouin cafes,bars and restaurants.At night time you can eat on the beach by candlelight at Umbi fish restaurant, a wonderful romantic location. Day pass to the beach with return transport available from the office.
Also Pataya Beach an amazing private beach in Nabq ,fantastic beach bar and the luxury of double sunbeds and rasied platforms with huge settees to really relax in style..
Zouara Beach also in Nabq Bay, great beach with sun beds and even bean bags to well and truly chill out under the Egyptian sun
El Balad beach, British owned and run. Superb spot with bar and restaurant, pool table and dart board. Just a short taxi ride or half hour walk.
Further a field you have two water parks both highly recommended having tested them both repeatedly and numerous private beaches where admission price varies.
El Fanar is a beautiful beach in Hadaba , entrance includes a beach towel,bottle of water and wonderfully attentive staff who deliver iced cloths and fruit kebabs to your sunbed to keep you cool and refreshed.
Viva Beach and Moonlight Beach in Na ama Bay are also fantastic soft white sandy beaches perfect for a chill out day.

“Fab apartment with everything you could to feel at home”
We loved our stay here. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the complex taxi service was extemely handy and reliable. The apartment is stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Spent a fantastic week at this beautiful apartment. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel welcome by all the staff on site. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, everything you could possibly need is catered for, although the resort is a little out of the way this isn't a problem as there is a great taxi service on site and just outside along the road there are plenty of taxi's and the local bus which are very cheap. also
“A beautiful, friendly and relaxing complex”
The property was beautiful, everything that you needed was at hand. There was detailed information about the location and activities around the resort. The resort had it's own private taxi, which was very reasonably priced! It was very convenient especially when travelling by yourself. The pool was perfect and the pool bar served very nice meals. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you very much!

“Superb relaxing family holiday”
Superb relaxing holiday , very good value for money , this is our 5 th year at the Egyptian Experience complex and really love staying in R 31 which we would definitely recomend to anyone to rent .we have already booked for August next year and are looking at going back for a week next easter .Thank you very much to Lynne for letting us stay in your lovely home from home appartment. “Lovely place to stay”
Having just spent my second stay at this apartment I can fully recommend it. The apartment is in a lovely complex and within easy reach of all ammenities in Nabq bay, yet quiet enough to just relax, The apartment is so lovely its like home from home and a very helpful owner who ensure every is ready for my stay, she is very very helpful in answering any question you may have before the trip. Really recommend this place and will be definately be going back to saty here
“Beautifull beautifull beautifull!!!”
I go on a regulary to Sharm on self catering base and out of experience I can tell this apartment is the most beautifull one ever where I stayed and definitely going back to it on my next visits!! Everything you need for a self catering stay is available in the apartment. From the smallest fork/knife to the pots and pans ;-) The only thing left for you to do is go shopping for your groceries in local supermarket and start relaxing! What was really good as well is the local cell phone! Just buy some credit ( I bought for 25 Eg.Pound in the local Metro supermarket) to tip it up and you can text home for a whole week! The decoration is very very nice! Especially the bedrooms! The bathroom very clean with a washing machine. Airconditioning is top! They're the most silent ones I ever had in local apartments. Lightning super and 'cause of all the orange coloured notes it makes the apartment very cosy in the evening. Bring your teacandles to make it even nicer! Lynne allso left loads of nice adresses to go out for dinner,public beaches ( Pataya was the max for lounging and Shark's Bay for snorkling, tea and for lunch Umbi fish restaurant!) if you like in a basket on the living room table. And I allmost forgot to mention the bedouin cussians on the terras! A pleasure to sit on,relaxing in the evening gazing at the Egyptian starry sky while drinking tea ;-) The resort is very calm and staff really helpfull and polite. And Lynne is the most helpfull person for any questions or needs. I loved it! Thanks Lynne! We'll keep in touch ;-) Helena

“Well equipped apartment for a relaxing stay.”
An easy 5 min taxi ride from the airport. Great for relaxing by the pool. Friendly, helpful staff and good taxi service to various beaches. Nice clean pools and the water temperature was fine for us and our kids to play in and cool off. Two shallow areas in the main pool but the rest is deep (about 1.5m) for young children. We put our 4 year old in a swim aid so they could go in the main area safely. Do have to get a taxi to everywhere and it is easiest to use the complex service to save a 5 min walk up the dusty track to the main road to catch a local taxi or bus. We liked Sharks bay for snorkelling with the kids and Aqua Park in Hadaba. Next to a hotel which has great water slides and you can pay to have an all inclusive day there however you can hear the entertainment between 8.30 & 10.30pm every night from the balcony and it was very repetitive. Beer delivery was useful! About 15 minutes taxi to the main going out area Naama Bay for £5(UK).

De notre séjour nous retiendrons le "farnienté " dans une résidence très bien entretenue. l'appartement est spacieux et bien orienté, très confortable et calme. La piscine est superbe et le personnel charmant, toujours le sourire et le bonjour. Le taxi de la résidence est une bonne solution économique pour visiter les environs. Notre chauffeur très gentil et toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Les bons conseils de Lynne qui est la propriétaire nous ont permis de découvrir les meilleurs endroits et de passer de superbes vacances.Encore Merci
“The perfect gettaway!”
This is the second time we have visited Sharm and stayed in Lynne's lovely apartment in the Egypt Experience resort. It is a wonderful place to stay, we first went in April 2012, again this November and we are booked to go back with our children for May half term. The main attraction for us is this apartment is brilliant value for money. Lynne is very reasonable with her rates and doesn't charge any more for school holidays. the apartment is 2 bed with a kitchen, large sitting area and a big balcony with room for a table and chairs, bedouin cushions and a nice wicker sofa chairs set. there is plenty of room for a family and its nice that you can sit on the balcony having a quiet read while the kids watch tv or something in the sitting room. The apartment is very nicely decorated and you really feel like you are in a home from home. and the best bit????? you are right by an enormous pool with sun loungers and a bar (serves only soft drinks and bar snacks - no booze) You are a little way out and walking isn't an option so you have to get taxis or the local bus if you want to go anywhere. but its only £3 each way to get a taxi to the nearest town and there are plenty of nice restaurants to eat in. A taxi to the beach is also easy to arrange and very economical. This holiday is a bit more hard work than if you just booked into an all inclusive hotel. you have to arrange taxis and go to the supermarket to buy your own food, but i think it is well worth it for the money you save. This May half term would have cost us around £800 each to stay in a hotel we have saved nearly £500 per person staying in this very lovely apartment. I cannot recommend staying here enough. we have been with our family and have just come back from a quick 5 day romantic holiday for just my husband and I. both have been terrific trips, gorgeous sunshine, a beautiful pool and a wonderful apartment. “FANTASTIC - Absolutely First Rate”
Our third time in Sharm and by far the best. From the second we arrived it was obvious that Lynne had really put thought into the decor and feel of the place. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything my wife, myself and our two children needed to make us feel at home. The location was perfect with regular shuttle into the centre of Sharm, but also just far enough out to allow a good nights sleep. The pool is great and a surprisingly large and the complex staff were helpful and friendly. All in all the ideal location for a family break, very spacious and extremely good value. Highy reccomended - will return. Thanks Lynne
