Description

The house is an ideal haven for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Make your vacation special and renew yourselves while using the house as a base to enjoy the nightlife of Nafplio, the nearby beaches and historical sites.

The Space

A fully equipped house that can accommodate easily up to 8 people.There is a possibility to add more beds and baby cot, upon request. It lays at an estate with cottages outside the city, which is an ideal place for relaxing vacation.

The house also offers air conditioning, heating, TV, wireless internet connection and private parking. A great advantage of the house is the exterior which is surrounded by trees and flowers and has a very big private garden which allows pets to stay. There are also garden tables, chairs and a BBQ which make your vacation even more pleasant.

Near the house, there is a melon field where we cultivate different species of vegetables throughout the year and a small farm where we take care of domestic animals, making the place ideal for children. If the guests wish, they have the opportunity to participate in rural activities and at the same time they can enjoy our fresh products for free.

The house consists of 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and semi-basement. It has 4 bedrooms, kitchen,living room and 2 bathrooms and also a big private garden.

Other Things to Note

-Free maps and information for the city are provided.

-For long term rentals, we usually provide to our guests with some of our homemade products from my family's farm (eggs, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, herbs, marmalades).

Getting around

The house is located around 5km away from Nafplio, so it is important to have a means of transportation if you want to move around, more preferable to have a car. Private parking place for the car is provided for free for our guests. There is also possibility of car, bike or bicycle rental - you can ask me information in case you are interested. The city of Nafplio is a very small and there is no public transport inside it. You can easily move around the city on foot, by car or by bicycle. In case you wish to move to other villages or cities by other means, there is a bus station with very frequent routes in the center of Nafplio.

Interaction with guest

You can meet with me at your arrival in order to give you the keys and guide you to the house . As I grew up in Nafplio, I can give you any information about the surroundings and what you can do during your stay. Generally I try to make my guests' stay as relaxing and peaceful as possible so I only come to the house when it is asked or permitted. Guests can always reach me through telephone or internet. I would also like to let my guests know that every morning and afternoon my father comes to the estate in order to take care of the animals and the vegetables.He is very communicative and you can ask him when he comes if you need anything.

House rules

Use wisely the electricity and turn off any electrical device, AC, radiators and fireplace when outside of the house.
Do not throw paper in the toilet but in the bin provided for that use.
Make sure you hand over the house in the same general condition as you found it on arrival.
Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area of the house at the garden.
Pets are allowed, but not on beds and sofa. They should have their own beds and be under surveillance of owners at all times. Maximum no 2

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Danai (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
