This 2 bedroom Vancouver Island Oceanfront Condo located at Inn of the Sea Resort boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The oceanfront is just 60 feet from your front deck. This corner unit in the waterfront row is perfectly located nestled among the forested oceanfront for the most private and tranquil of all spaces on the property. In the cooler seasons enjoy the coziness of our wood burning fireplace. Added conveniences include on site laundry facilities, and gas BBQs in an ocean front common area.

Enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy our deep water dock, and use our crab trap to catch Red Rock crab. Kids love to catch small fish from the dock. Beach comb, dig for clams, explore tidal pools, or harvest live Oysters. The property has tennis courts, playground for the kids, and a beach-side fire pit. Golf, sailing, fishing, trails, parks and hiking are all nearby. Inn of the Sea Resort adjoins beautiful Blue Heron Waterfront Park an excellent ocean kayaking launch site.

Why can't I call Angela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
